My daughters just did a few days at the Craigieburn West OSHC winter holiday program and they had so much fun. They staff were amazing and have made the school holidays enjoyable for them, we will definitely be coming using this service again.

Ymca craigieburn brand has always been keeping all the promises when it comes to child education and care. We have been so lucky to get this new management in place taking care of all quaries. Sorting out things for our little ones. 6 star out of 5.

My children are attending this service. I’m very satisfied with all the staff professionalism and the office staff is very helpful whenever I get stuck with fee problem or looking for extra days, they always support me. Definitely recommend this service to everyone!

I have had my both kids going to YMCA Craigieburn and it has been a very pleasant experience with them. The educators have been so helpful and have always provided that extra support so the children are settled in well and learning made easier.

I would highly recommend the ELC.

I have always been happy with ymca Craigieburn west early learning center all 3 of my boys started their at very young age and staff were like a family away from home. I have always had problem trusting people to look after my kids but these ladies at ymca I would trust with any of my kids

I am starting to worry alot recently due to so many staff leaving in short period of time. Staff that has been their for 5 years +

Tho in saying that I am very happy with Jan & room 5 staff running an amazing kinder program offering bush kinder as well as excursion to library & parks, their term 4 transition to school programs was amazing and set my son with all the tools needed ro start prep this year.

Samina in room 2 this year had all of my 3 kids in her room at some stage and she is just amazing as a person and a educator, from day one she made my kids & myself feel welcome always had clear communication.

Thank you all the ladies at ymca for their hard work.

Being one of the oldest centre in the area and being run by YMCA I found it extremely trustworthy in the community; specifically when we did a bit of research for enrolling our kids most of suggestions had one name YMCA. Fortunately we never had to regret on our decision. Staff is amazing; although I think I am a bit picky for anything about my kids but staff was always welcoming to listen to any feedback. Regular updates were provided for kids through their App. Occasionally I had to drop kids for long hours but never had a worry, kids just come out laughing when you go out to pick them up. Never had any complaints with learning environments, seems well equipped. Can’t expect anymore.
Great work team YMCA Craigieburn.

I chose YMCA for my daughter when she was 21 months old - had recently changed her country, did not know the local language and even the local food was totally new to her. Staff at YMCA took extremely good care of her and always treated her with so much love that in no time she started to feel like home over there. Now when it came to choose a day care for her brother who is 17 months, although YMCA was my first choice, I was so happy to see my daughter speak up and suggest YMCA for him and I feel glad almost everyday when she says “I wish I could go back to ymca with him” - Thanks to each and everyone and special mention to Kylie who has always welcomed my requests, queries and has done to the max of her capacity to help us out.

One of the amazing centre my child has ever attended. The team have always worked with us in supporting our children's development and supporting us. It is a place like a second family for my child. Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Amazing and kind educators and great staff that are always going above and beyond to make my child feel safe and secure in their environment.
It is a very professionally run centre delivering high quality care, always with a big smile!

My twins loves playing at YMCA. Staff is very friendly and caring. I am always updated about how they spend their day there. The quality of care is really good and I am very happy. Love the multicultural staff in there.

I have had no issues with YMCA Craigieburn for the past 4 years. My child has been there since he was 5 months and is now in their pre kinder room and feel comfortable in the service. The girls who look after him will tell me all the funny things he says and gets up to throughout the day. It's great to see pictures of him and his friends playing happily and love that the yard is for all ages so my son has friends with children from the different rooms. I love that his stories are all online now as I can access them while I am at work.

I wish I could share this earlier. My house is near your center. I had came to your center long time back and inquired about my child's enrollment, and you know what was I told - Do you have internet? A sheer insult was made of me. They were like why have you come here, go to internet and see everything. This is there level of customer service. I still enrolled my child, to find out he was not taken good care, he used to cry a lot there. He didnt settle well. I eventually pulled him out. Also the few carers smoke a lot they smell and I see them smoking outside the road (since my home is nearby) many time. No offence smoking is a personal choice, but I would rather put my little one to a place where the carers are happy and caring.
