Craigieburn Physiotherapy Centre

I attended Craigieburn Physiotherapy today looking for assistance with a frozen shoulder. I have been to two other physio's with some improvement. Today, with Pam, there was instant improvement. I will return for sure.

I have been attending this clinic for at least 6 months. I have found the staff to be very professional and very friendly. The staff always make me feel welcome and not just a number like at other clinics. They are completely understanding when l have to cancel an appointment and always helpful to reschedule at my request. Offering a priority appointment at another persons cancellation. I have been to a couple of different physio's but l have never come across anyone as professional or as friendly as Craigieburn Physiotherapy Centre. I have referred many relatives and friends and they are very happy with the treatment they have received. I will continue to attend for as long as l feel l need to and l will continue to refer anyone who asks me.

I have been attending Craigieburn Physio Centre on a needs basis for the last five years. The receptionist is friendly and accommodating for bookings over the phone (even last minute on some occasions). All physio treatment for back issues (having a desk job) and legs/ankle has been thorough and concise. I have often been given exercises to deter further injury too! Highly recommend this clinic for their level of service and care!

I have been attending this Physio for nearly 20 years off and on. I have always been very well care for. I have always been able to get an appointment. If I couldn't get in on the day always within a day or two. The physio is always busy and they don't double book, so what else can you ask for?

Worst experience ever. Staff is not at all accommodating and very unprofessional. Upon booking the reception always lie that they are booked out, however, Clinic is mostly close. House run business, cash cow for Medicare patient.
