Frustrating encounter. My wife and I visited the carpet store today to personally assess their range. Upon our arrival, the sales agent offered assistance, but when I informed her that we were just browsing, she hindered our exploration by posing irrelevant questions before we had even selected a product.

Our experience at the nearby Carpet Call store was quite the opposite. The sales agent there respected our personal space, allowing us to explore freely. When we were ready to ask questions, he promptly and courteously provided the information we needed.

Excellent work. Done a fantastic job as they said. My house looks beautiful after they changed the carpet. Thanks so happy for Craigieburn Carpet Court.

Moved into an established home a few weeks ago. I needed new carpet and stumbled across Carpet Court in Craigieburn. I needed to share my experience with you all. The initial hello was warm and welcoming. Samples were readily available to take home. No pressure was added as your trying to decide. The expertise and delivery of the product to the final execution of laying the carpet in our home was highly professional. This business deserves more than a five star rating. No one answers the phone, when I did eventually get through and asked to arrange a measure and quote I was abruptly told they would call me back in half an hour before they hung up without taking my details. I have since arranged a quote through Essendon Carpet Court who have been nothing but professional.

The Carpet Court (Store and Installation) was very professional. We got great advise as we selected our carpet, they were professional as we waited for our carpet delivery and the installation was smooth as well.

I would like to share my experience dealing with staff at Craigieburn Carpet Court. I have just completed an extension on my house and decided to lay floating floor boards for the first time. I have always been very meticulous with all my work and needed professional people to discuss floor levels, removal of skirting's, selecting the perfect cover strips against the window frames and most importantly to marry the original tile surface with the new floor boards. There are many types of floor boards on the market but not many are waterproof with a long warranty so I can confidently say most are very ordinary. I met with Tapan Desai from Carpet Court. He highly recommend the water proof Hybrid Pryzym product. Tapan also arranged one of their best sub-contractors Gavin McGhee to lay the floor boards. “WoW”… The floor is absolutely perfect.

It’s been over two weeks since I got them to come over and measure my house for new hybrid flooring, said it would take a few days to send out the quote.okay no problem. One week goes by and no email or call, so I call and they tell me we’ll send it straight away and again no email or reason. Went with another company and they gave the quote on the spot after measuring and came 4 days later to Instal the new flooring.

The staff there is very professional, full of knowledge about the products. They really take the time to treat customers with respect and figure out the best solutions. Pricing was very competitive. The install team was really great. I would highly recommend them and do not waste your time going to other stores. Just go there.

The whole experience with Craigieburn Carpet Court from enquiry, quote, advice and installation was faultless. In particular, Staff was great to deal with in the showroom and displayed amazing knowledge and professionalism. Installer was so lovely, did beautiful work and was professional, timely and kept us informed the whole way through. Absolute pleasure to have gone through Craigieburn Carpet Court. Lovely end result!

Price was inconsistent with displays and terrible installation advice left me feeling set up and angry I didnt ignore 'the professionals'
