Online and Instore it looks great. Though, I made a booking and left today feeling rushed and underwhelmed. Workers left without confirming if my sister and I were done. It was my sisters first time getting her nails done and they were pushy and rushed her to picking a colour and didn’t explain their own service or listen to the design she was wanting.

I got my nails done there a couple weeks ago, a shellac manicure where my cuticles weren't even pushed back so I had lifting around the edges after 3 days, she didn't put a top coat on half the nail on 3 nails so it was full and was done poorly, I then went back to have it removed a few days later being unhappy with the results and the attached photo is how she left my nails with patches. There was still Shellac left on my nails which I needed to go home and remove myself. And charged me $17 for that. Had a pedicure when I got a manicure also which was terrible and left with pain on my skin. I won't be coming back here again and am better off going the half an hour away to where I used to live to get my nails done.

I love CQ nail spa, I come here all the time and travel for 40 minutes because the service and quality is great. Couldn’t recommend them enough

This salon is so cute and service is unmatched! Firstly, I love how you can book your appointment time online to avoid waiting like other salons. Donna done my nails and she done an absolute fantastic job. I’ve honestly have never had a set so perfect. I am beyond happy and will be 100% returning:)

Had a great experience at CQ nail spa. Donna the nail technician is very knowledgeable and took great care in doing my SNS. She helped with shaping them and ensuring they aren’t too thick. Product lasted until next time perfectly. Highly recommend

You’ll walk out feeling fabulous (and with a second latte in hand, because they are delicious) - I always do!

The best quality service I have ever experienced since getting my nails done. Never seen anyone EVER apply acrylic as good as Donna. They fixed my cracked nail, even when it was cracked into my nail and it was all done with care. Highly recommend getting your nails done here as the whole team will look after you.

Can't decide what i like more about this place, the nails or the coffee! Great selection of coffee including matcha lattes. Super happy with my 5 colour gel set and the technican was more than happy to help me select colours that would match. Added bonuses: super convenient parking and instagram worthy decor.

Was killing some time popped in had a pedi and a matcha latte. Drink was good, chill spot and cute decor.

This is my go to nail salon. I love the ease of booking online and getting a full hour service instead of a rush job. The pricing is fair and my nails last at least 3 weeks even with my job (hairdresser). I always ask for a design and they execute it well. Thank you!

Loved the service I got at CQ. I had a manicure and pedicure with shellac and nail art before my hens (pic attached). The ladies were very professional and lovely. The salon is absolutely beautiful and really clean. And the coffee was great too! Will be coming back before my wedding and bringing the whole bride tribe! Thanks CQ! Xx

The best nail spa I have used. The staff are professional and highly skilled, friendly and do all they can to make your experience a fabulous one. The spa itself has a relaxing atmosphere and you are given their full attention. My appointments are always started on time and the online booking system is easy and efficient. The coffee is an added bonus. I can not recommend CQ Nail Spa enough and they are now my regular destination for beautiful nails.

I had a booking for myself and two friends. The owner called ahead to let us know that they were going to be short staffed and that they’d extend our booking so we weren’t rushed. The salon was so aesthetically pleasing and really clean and tidy. The coffee was great and the service was excellent. We weren’t rushed and the technicians talked us through the differences between SNS and acrylic and which would be the best option for us individually. I really love my nails and would definitely return to this salon.
