Long was great, thought I'd needed a new laptop. Repair was $270 and he was able to do it very fast (in time for my flight out of Melbourne) 8 months later no issues.

Long was super professional and fixed my old iPod with ease. Battery and lock switch replacement, dropped off at lunch time and got a txt 2 hours later. All fixed!

Found their shop on market place. Asked them about their battery life. They told me to read the description but I didn’t really understand.

Told them I’ll look else where and they gave a smily face. Not sure if this is appropriate and professional. But as a business they should be more professional and attend questions appropriately. I said I’d give them an outstanding review and here it is.

My ipod classic totally failed. Contacted CP Repairs and Long advised what he could do to fix it for me and quoted a price. I had my ipod back to me in 3 days with new larger memory card and new battery. Exceptional work and service including follow up to make sure everything was OK. Couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend.

Long was being extremely helpful during the process. He was being nice, giving the quotation when I requested. I got my Dell laptop battery changes really quick, as it only took 1 day to get the battery ordered, and delivered, replaced right after my confirmation to order (despite the fact that the original battery for this Dell Vostro 5370 model is limited right now). After getting it done, Long instructed me on how to check the battery life, and also how to dispose the old swollen battery at Aldi. He also advised me to avoid breaking the charging point.

The price for the battery was understandable (150 AUD). Not to mentioned the fact that it only took max 1 hours to get it done (20 mins for the first walk in to get the quotation, and after several emails, get the battery replaced within 30 mins the next day right after they opened)

Within 48h after I got the laptop battery replaced, it shut down quite frequently when I opened multi tabs on browser (the shut down duration varies, from after 5mins, 8 mins to 15,20, or 1 hour). But it doesn't seems to be a problem right now, so hopefully it did not due to the battery. I will make an update if it was

Long was very active in keeping me updated while fixing my Surface Book 2 and completed it when promised. The price was more expensive than I had hoped, but his transparency and friendliness made up for that.
