I've had Norm and Joan for first aid and this time Bruce. He kept us on our toes too. All the trainers are good here, I will keep coming back every 12 months.

I had my first aid training yesterday in Melbourne CBD and I must say that the training is organised very well. Our demonstrator Ken, was incredibly funny and knowledgeable and made the entire training fun and interesting. We also had lot of practical components which solidified the theory we learnt in online modules and during the course as well. Overall pretty good experience.

This course was so much more interactive and less "yarn worthy" than some of the other courses that I have been to. I don't remember once being bored or thinking when does this end. Dani was a fantastic teacher, she had the whole room engaged and listening to her every word. She made the roll playing heaps of fun as well. Cant wait for my next refresher course:)

I recently had Norm take our first aid and CPR training. Norm offered a class that was both engaging and respectful, often these classes can go in one ear and out the other, but not on this occasion. This is a no frills class that did what it was exactly meant to. See you next year for the refresher.

Perfect way to refresh my CPR skills! Access to infants, children and Adult resuscitation dolls was very helpful to understand the different techniques for each age group, not something I have seen other places. Have already recommended to colleagues! Joan lead the class with confidence and ensured we were educated and kept it interactive but kept on track! Will book in annually

This was my 4th training with CPR First Aid and it was as good as the others! Norm explained everything well and very succinctly so we knew what was expected of us without the course droning on and on. He also gave us personal anecdotes and stories which was reminded us of the reason why its so important to learn these skills. The equipment was great, a range of mannequins was provided and the cost of the course is very reasonable. I have and will continue to recommend CPR First Aid.

Very practical, proactive and informative training. Instructor had a great sense of humour which made training fun, interactive and most of all easy to remember the essentials.

Very Friendly welcoming staff (Ken). He was able to answer all of our questions - while still keeping the day lighthearted and fun. The course i chose had a good mix of theory and practical lessons - as well as a few stories & scenarios, So this organization is great for groups of people with all different learning styles - or who get bored easily. You can do the pre-course work at your own pace which is great too! There was more than adequate equipment too! Previous courses run by other organizations sometimes had just 1 - 3 dummies for groups as large as 12! But not these guys, they had more than enough! I will be recommending everyone else from my organization use this facility when they next need updating.

Had a class conducted by Norman at Melbourne CBD and I definitely like him so much! The way he delivered the class was really engaging - a 6 hours class is not boring at all. I had needle phobia and was feeling uncomfortable during the class, he did what he can do best to comfort me. Learnt a lot during the course and these knowledge and skills will surely help me in the future. PS: his dad jokes were awesome
