CPAP Victoria - Bentleigh

Had a great experience doing a CPAP trial with Naziha. Trialed two different machines and probably 10 masks over 5 weeks and have found a combination that is very effective for myself.highly recommend CPAP Victoria to anyone who has sleep apnea and is looking to improve their sleep quality:)

I would like to express my thankfulness to cheerful Naziha at CPAP Bentleigh. I had never tried CPAP/APAP earlier and I found Naziha very knowledgeable, patient and understanding.
She let me try various options during the first appointment to let me pick up the right choice.

I went into this store today and the customer service received was terrible.
The worker was not helpful and was reluctant to assist with my query.
I was extremity disappointed and instead went to another supplier in Brighton where the customer assistant was much more friendlier and I ended up purchasing products from that store instead.

I recently sought a replacement carry bag for my machine. Tessa couldn't have done more for me and she was extremely helpful on some other queries I had on the small portable machines. Nice to receive some friendly and professional advice with a smile for a change.

I visited Bentleigh clinic this morning due to the machine fault but she (Shayla) didn't show any willingness to assist. She just blames me first (she said I touched setting of machine) and not friendly, rude, not even professional. I am still not happy with ramp which takes a long time to be stopping and charged 25 dollars service fee. In addition, Katherine was amazing therapist who was helpful and never service charge involved. In the meantime, I want to visit another clinic when I buy next one, since new management is unpleasant. Also, I would't recommend this centre any more,

Short staff, unable to provide appointment yet claim their money before the trial. This is a business making, profit making place. Did not offer any support further more unable to make appointments yet don’t want you to leave because they want you to buy the expensive machine off them.

I got given the machine - badly used, given one mask at a time. In my first session I complained and wanted the machine which fitted better to my needs but they could not care less. Asked me to try the Dane machine that I had hardly used for two hours a night.

When I wanted an appointment I was told sorry none available, no opportunity for another one given or alternate. Just apologising because they were short if staff.

When I went into the store it was very quiet and no one there.

Avoid Avoid Avoid - you will be lucky not to have wasted your time.

Tried to buy a cpap machine but they made it too hard, told me I needed to make an appointment but they didn't have any, got onto another company and had a new machine within an hour

Wasn't impressed with customer service. Wouldn't answer any questions about the range or general enquiries. Had to make appt to ask questions even though I was the only one in the store. More worried about paperwork than sales/service. I cancelled my appt to go elsewhere.

I find Katherine a lovely pleasant person who has always handled my queries and given me solutions to them most professionally.

More than happy with the service. Got answers for everything I asked for and more.

What a great place I'm new to this and I have to say that the knowledge this awesome staff have is incredible Angela was great and Katherine just as good loving my visits here highly recommended for any one with sleeping breathing difficulties great

I visited last week and today, tried out a new face mask and eventually decided to upgrade to a new machine chosen with Angela's assistance and expertise. Her knowledge and expertise with the equipment was fairly obvious. What shone through was her care, attitude and willingness to assist.
The shop is also very COVID aware and you have to wait for admission at the door, hand sanitise and wear a mask and the surfaces are sprayed after you leave. All very important when you are looking at and trying out breathing equipment!
There are a lot of deals on the internet for this equipment, but I found that you have to compare apples for apples and make sure that you are looking at the whole package and also not comparing with refurbished machines. This shop will price match if you can find a better deal.
I don't think you could find better service though - so factor that into your purchase!

I have been going elsewhere but heard Coxy advertising CPAP Victoria on 3AW. I tried the Bentleigh store and, blow me down, in walked Coxy!
That aside, I can't fault the service. I only wanted part of a mask and because they didn't have that part in store they took the part from a full mask so I would have a mask to use that night.
The ladies who served me were professional, friendly and made sure the customer was number one.
Pricing was competitive. Well worth giving the Bentleigh store a try

If you're looking for a place to get your next CPAP machine this is the place to be. I was stoked when this branch opened up as their Port Melbourne branch was a little more of a trek up than I'd like.

The customer here is 6 stars and every time I've been the two beautiful ladies, Kathryn and Angela have been nothing short of amazing. They live and breathe by the company's Mission and Vision statement giving nothing but their best. They are fantastic listeners, give great advice (none of the upselling you get at other places), know their products inside out, super bubbly, and make the experience in the store fun. Keep it up ladies!

Bentleigh CPAP staff are all caring and empathetic. Travis was my Clinician throughout a lengthy period where I trialled many different CPAP mask types. I had extreme skepticism and the thought of using CPAP therapy was devastating to me but Travis could not have been more empathetic, honest and patient! Travis offered fantastic tips and advice to make the transition more bearable. His knowledge, confidence and flexibility was always very much appreciated. It’s a huge commitment and lifestyle change which Travis understands and assists with at every hurdle!

Excellent service and the staff know the right equipment for your needs would not go any where else.

Friendly and helpful staff do everything they can to make your CPAP trial go as smoothly as possible.
