Excellent communication and delivery I wish a lot of companies could do as well as CPAP organisation Well Done

I bought the BMC Luna I called and asked a few questions before I bought it and the gentleman on the phone was, always very friendly polite and helpful. I ordered the machine one day and got it.setting it up very simple, and when I did have a question about something I rang and once again the gentleman was very helpful. Have used the machine for three days and I found it so far so good.

Bought a few things from here over the years. Always as described, well packed and shipped fast which is important when it comes to medical equipment such as CPAP machines and replacement parts. Would buy from here again.

I dont have any issue with the time you as a company has processed my order but australia post messed up the the express delivery and have received it 2 days late

Love the machine, the only problem I have is the mask setup. I do not like how I have to unclip the head gear all the time. I am frighten that I will break the plastic clip on the head gear.

Best price I could see online and next day delivery to metro Melbourne. Can't ask for more than that!

Service is fast and efficient. The chin straps excellent, however the straps over the head could be a little larger.

Haven't used the machine much (intended use was for a backup). Appears to work well. Asked a couple of questions via phone and the response was very helpful.

I don't normally leave poor reviews but i'm making an exception in this case. I had the worst customer experience when contacting this company after my second purchase via their website failed to give me an order number after a successful afterpay purchase. The afterpay website said the first thing I should do is contact the merchant so that's what I did.

I'm autistic so I am naturally blunt and to the point. I explained my ordering issue and was expecting the typical 'sure i'll just have a look at that for you'. Instead I was treated to an emotional man blaming me for me not being nice to him. I didn't berate or abuse him or say anything disrespectful. I told him I was autistic, had a disability and asked him to stop but this appeared to mean nothing to him he continued on and on with it.

If my cpap machine ever fails i'll throw it in the bin rather than contact this company and risk being treated like that again. If I could I would rate a billion negative stars.

Ordered at 2pm and had the machine delivered the next day. Incredible quality and service, thank you.

Service both before and during purchase was exceptional. I bought the BMC F5AS- it is certainly as comfortable as other full face masks, and very quiet as well. A lot less leakage with a lot less adjusting.

Great service, the mask arrived in less than a week. The mask itself is good, easy to assemble and came with 3 sizes so no problem with size.
