Best ever this crew. They are efficient. Always fit me in quickly, they are well priced. They call to discuss before they do the work. There are experts everywhere in that place.
I come from Bonbeach just to use them. I love my Merc and I am very fussy.

I am very happy with Cox Auto. In particular, the updates given by Billy were great. There was time taken to understand the issues and check them thoroughly. I am confident in the workmanship and will definitely use Cox Auto again.

The 11 year old Ford van is used as a food van with very low kms. We have it serviced yearly and it was running a bit rough. With the work from Cox Auto it felt like a new vehicle. Very pleased with the service and extra work to ensure that we will be getting many more years out of the van.

I am extremely happy with the service and assistance provided by Mark at Cox auto services. My BMW had been worked on at another mechanics, and I had been uncomfortable and unhappy with the work performed. I was honestly astounded by the professionalism and prompt response from Mark regarding the results from the full diagnostic testing of my car! I received a phone call with a full and detailed explanation of the results. I also received photographs of all engine parts tested. I received a full written report of the diagnostic results, in addition to a quote and explanation of work needed.
I think they are the most outstanding workshop I have ever taken a car to. To say I was impressed at the service is an understatement. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend taking your prestige car to this workshop. Absolutely outstanding service! Thank you team, and thank Mark for being so incredibly thorough!
