Cow Up a Tree Sculpture reviews
23Cool quirky sculpture highlighting the plight of livestock when rivers flood. Excellent to photograph at sunset.
Such an amazing but yet so random sculpture. I would love to know who it was that thought to make a sculpture of a cow in a tree.whoever it was defiantly had an interesting way of thinking. It is a great sculpture that is placed is an amazing area. The location means that any pictures that you take of it look amazing due to the surroundings of the sculpture. Overall it is really an amazing sculpture.
This is where riders of personal electric vehicles meet up to go on group rides.
It has power points
This photo is from the last electric unicycle group ride.
I love this sculpture because it's so random and out of the ordinary. Here's some pictures over the years of the "Cow Up A Tree Sculpture" in the Melbourne Docklands area of Melbourne CBD
Its the iconic cow in a tree. Sadly a little obscured now by the cruise office in front. Whimsical and great public art.
Thats beautifully done i have shoot my YouTube vids there great place even day or night Docklands
The sculpture is at center of attraction in Docklands 3008. It is put safely on the top of the tree, looking amzing. This is the one of the attraction points in harbour. Next to water make it more charming and beutiful specially during sunset. At the foot of it there is small grass plateform where u can sit with friends & family. New sculpture reindeer is built next to it decorated with butiful Christmas lights.
I don't know how but a cow got stuck up in a tree. The famous landmark of cow up in a tree is a sight to behold. Featured along Melbourne's beautiful docklands area it is a tourist attraction. A common fire evacuation area for most local businesses and on Wednesday night a flock of Rollerblader's have a weekly skate.
2stars.they said there’ll even greener pastures where the cows are. But they up the tree. 2missing, up the tree. Don’t listen to them
So it's a cow! I thought it was a black and white giraffe with a short neck, meh. I was confused looking at it I forgot to take a pic. How did the cow get up in the tree? Okay bye lol
An excellent place for photo shoot and to get peace most importantly. Fishing can be done and it's very close by tram stop.can see the central pier and the view of hanging bridge is too good must visit place if you wanna see the harbour view and the marvel stadium
Well its funny to see such a cow that too on a tree. Though i didn't understand the concept, its still good to see. Moreover with Victoria Harbour at its background, its a good to hangout place anytime in the day. Hop-on any tram for free since its in the free tram zone to reach here. And if u r a photographer or love to click photos then this is a must visit place if u come here.
Not a fan of this, very out of place for the location. Needs a sculpture to match the serene background for photo opportunities.
There's a cow in a tree I don't know why there is a cow in a tree but there is. Took a nice stroll through here on dusk and found the sculpture. It's very well made and definitely worth taking a photo with!
A good place to chill. A scenic view with the docklands at one end and the Marvel Stadium on the other.
Great view at night of the bridge. Different groups meet up here all the time. Easy place to remember.
The sculpture is very interesting sculpture its in the Docklands which is a very picturesque place Its Beautiful just to sit watch the rowing or watch the sun glistening off the water & all the action that happening around the Docklands people enjoying drink &eatting food at the various places to eat at its also good place to get some sun Its Beautiful espesially at night when all lights coming off the water Glistening Beautiful colours Love Melbourne &Docklands Love Victoria
Great open space within the docklands precinct. We were here for an event. Plenty of people run, walk, cycle by the paths nearby. Has as small as shop/ticket office for ferries and a sculpture of a cow up a tree. Not much parking available.
It's quite random when you first see it however after doing research it's actually inspired by a factual event.
Flooding resulted in a cow getting stuck in a tree many years ago.
