Had a small spring break in one of our roller blind end mechanisms - blinds from Countrywide some years back. They checked our date of purchase in their records and then happily just provided us a new mechanism which I installed easily myself, and we were back in action. Thank you - great service indeed. 5/5 - We changed our blinds from dark wooden venetians to bright and new shutters and thrilled with the results. CW Window Coverings provided excellent customer service, and did a professional job from start to finish. These guys know what they are talking about. Not the cheapest but never have had a hassle using countrywide window coverings for over 10 different office projects. Highly recommended.
