Pretty setting with manicured gardens butbthe rooms were very small very basic. The bathroom was tiny, not enough room to dry yourself after a shower

Since there was no staff on site when we arrived, the key had to be fetched from a lockbox.
There was no staff on site all day.
In addition, the hotel is open everywhere and anyone can come in.
I didn't feel safe.
Ultimately, I'm glad we only stayed one night.
There was only one other couple as guests in the entire house

The room was showing its age and soundproofing between rooms could improve. Wait staff were exemplary serving good food

This is a great venue for groups, accomodation was well kept and clean. Nice spaces to relax and beautiful outdoor area. Setting is surrounded by lovely trees and gardens.

I would have wanted to give one star only because I am selfish and would want it all by ourselves seriously, this place is FAULTLESS! The staff are the friendliest people on earth the place is purely serene. And the food OMG, perfectly divine - from breakfast, tea, lunch & dinner. Book ahead to avoid disappointment is a cliche but you really have to.

We had our corporate retreat at CountryPlace and can give it 5 stars without hesitation. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable, food provided was well above expectation, the venue itself its a beautiful place inside and out! I do have to also make mention of the staff - they went above and beyond. Thank you to everyone at CountryPlace - I highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Justine and her team hosted us for The Network of Consulting Professionals National Convention 2022. Everything about the event, from the venue, through the warmth of the greeting and the efficiency of the staff and the quality of the food, was first class. Ten out of ten would recommend!

We had our leadership workshop there and it was fantastic! The conference room was large, bright and airy. The sound quality was superb. The food was great as well. Would definitely recommend for work events.

Our third year in a row conferencing at CountryPlace and they've always exceeded our expectations. Fantastic venue, very picturesque with amazing views of the Dandenong Ranges and not too far from the Melbourne CBD. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and always ensure you're looked after. The food is delicious and they cater to all sorts of dietary requirements. We will be definitely using them again.

If I could give CountryPlace zero stars I would. They cancelled an event weeks in advance and then wouldn't refund any of my $2,000 deposit. Disgusting.

Beautiful location. Clean rooms and friendly service. Great place for a retreat or function. Great food too.

Staff, location and food were very good but the room was a little pokey thing with just one chair and a very hard bed, which resulted in very little sleep.

Beautifully manicured grounds in the midst of the mountains. Restaurant quality food with excellent service. Very nice rooms.

My wife and I had a great evening, overnight stay and breakfast. If you want to roll on the floor laughing like me than the Faulty Towers dinner is a must. The characters were true to original caste with the body language, Faulty's cynical quips, Manuel's "Que" and Cybil's dominate actions was something to experience. The actors worked to audience well with their spontaneous responses.

Bathrooms are seriously small. I had to stand outside of the bathroom to brush my teeth and blow dry my hair. Other than that it is nice and modern & the food is amazing!

Attended a work event, and the location is absolutely gorgeous! Every staff member I met greeted us incredibly warmly and we're willing to bend over backwards to help in any way possible. 100% would recommend for anyone looking for a lovely escape location or work convention. Absolutely wonderful!

This was a wonderful venue for a work event and our host Gina was warm and wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble.

I ran a weekend yoga retreat here, the food was exceptional, the gardens perfect for secluded moments and walking during a break. The studio was beautiful, the accommodation lovely, and the administration flawless. Thank you to Belinda and Ashley for making our retreat so special, we will be back!

Attended the Fawlty Towers dinner and loved it. Haven't laughed so much in ages. The food was exceptional, best vegetarian (pescetarian!) meal I've had at a restaurant in years, particularly the basil pesto and tomato sauce accompanying the roast veggies. Lovely. Will come again.
