These folks are great. It might be a touch more expensive than Coles but it's absolutely worth it for much better quality, good cuts and really good pet bones.

The weight they charged me for was incorrect. I asked them to reweigh and they continued to say it was 1 kilo when it wasn't. I went to a shop nearby and asked if they would weigh my meat. It was well under the kilo. When I went back to the butcher (they didn't know I had had the weight double checked elsewhere) they lied again. I gave it back. Untrustworthy.

It used to be an okay, affordable butcher, but now it no longer sells pork as it has become halal. I’ll be going to Yarraville instead where I can buy pork from several butchers.

Daniel and his team went above and beyond for us this Christmas! He didn’t need to help us out, but he did. I’m also a regular and the staff are all very helpful. They also have crazy cheap pet mine (frozen out back) for just $1.50/kg. Can’t recommend highly enough!

This might be the nastiest butcher I've ever seen. It's mostly dog food and revolting pre-marinated meat that looks like it's been sitting around for weeks.

The manager is absolutely amazing and super helpful. Always so friendly, amazing quality meat. Haven’t had a single problem in the years I’ve been getting my meat from here

I brought chicken liver from here to feed my dog and the next day she was at the vet with severe food poisoning and was on medication for a fortnight.

Do you like when you're buying raw meat and it is handled with bare hands? Do you like handing over your cash and having it returned with meat juice? Then this is the place for you!

I don't know if this is the normal practice here but I frequent this centre on the reg and thought I'd give them a go. When asking about their product, the servers put their hands all over the meat to specify which ones I was referring to and proceeded to take payment without washing hands or wearing gloves. I went home and washed my monies. Never had to do that before. Gave me the heebie jeebies. Very gross!

Customer service was OK hence the 2 stars.

6 Kiev's in a row now not one contained Garlic or Butter (We had 4 b4 but they apologised bad supplier) my wife asked you this morning if it had (I was going to swear but won't) Garlic or butter you lied no wonder no Website. You used to be good, I'm pissed off. There is not even a smell of garlic or butter. You lied. Disgraceful. Apparently I have to give you one star. Geez no garlic or butter in a Kiev is surely worth a Zero.
