Rude when returning clothes that had shrunk - they even went out the back to measure the clothes to tell us it was only marginal. Very regular buyer at CR - not anymore.

I agree with many other reviewers - I found the staff here to be friendly and helpful however that does little to offset the the deplorable quality of the garments they are selling. While I wore this label extensively in the 1990's, I have more recently avoided it due to quality concerns - and it is now at an all time low. I purchased a pair of men's business pants only to have them completely wear through (in the seat) after 6 months of occasional wear. The fabric (purportedly wool) is so shoddy, and the standard of the construction so low (puckered seams). It's a disgrace that they continue to use "Australia" in their name.given that these garments are made in south east Asia of such inferior materials and to such poor standards. Friendly staff does nothing to remedy third rate products.

I just arrived to buy something super quickly arriving at 5: 48 on a Tuesday and the store was closed. I get things happen but if this is something you do often at least update your details online. I was put out by this inconvenience and could have gone to the county road near my house but chose to go to this one on my way to an appointment.

Clean store - no range for teens - unhelpful staff- they don’t want to be asked anything - they just give a short answer and keep walking Staff do not greet customers.

The staff here are incredibly pretentious. If you look *slightly* alternative, don’t expect to be acknowledged. Gross!
