We bought a birthday gift - shirt, pant and a pair of shoes, for a 1yr old boy and Willow helped us find the perfect one with a big smile.

Store itself is great but DONT TRY CALLING! Never ever do they answer there phone. Called David Jones and bought my item from there. No shop is busy for 2 days that the phone can’t be answered. What a joke

Shame on the blond lady most likely the manager.we checked in, partner was wearing a mask and had our vaccination details ready, i was not wearing a mask for medical reasons.and couldn't show any exemption for not wearing one at the time? Even though we do not by law have to show any exemptions.we got denied service and walked out.this is discrimination and wrong and this person should be fired for acting so.i will put in a formal complaint!

A huge thanks to Kate who managed to put together an amazing outfit for my very fashion reluctant husband. She was able to humour him through what was to him a painful process and he came out with a smile.

Try to take the advantage of spend and save promotions. All the staff were very helpful with size. I wanted to employ different methods of payment credit card and gift card at once. They were very patient and try to work out best way for me. Again, excellent service, Make it more attempting to shop in the store than online. Love it!
