Quite disappointed that the store’s closure (temporary?) hasn’t been reflected online. Driven there just to see that the store isn’t working.
Seems the phone answering issue continues unabated. Having worked in retail I was always taught that if busy with a face-to-face client it was appropriate to tell them" excuse me one moment while I answer this call".
I guess things have changed.

Country road amazes me, nothing changes. If you want a navy camel or olive chino and a matching navy olive or camel knot this is the place to go. Their designs are stuck on the 80's. Zero imagination, BORING
