What an AMAZING experience I had today - the lovely Mary helped me with choices & listened to my needs. She made suggestions & was VERY attentive. What an asset to the CR Team!

The blonde (bigger lady, chubby face) wearing all black quite young looking working at 3: 30pm on Sat 8th April - very poor attitude, so rude, not accomodating, unwilling to help AT ALL and threw off my whole shopping experience. Extremely poor experience.

Very helpful and friendly staff, beautiful clothing with really good price, but l couldn't find anything that I like in my size. Almost all shoes and clothes were either too small or too large.

What an amazing service with Eva in this store. I called Melbourne Central store 3 times (before calling Uni hill store) and they did not answer their phone. Then I spoke to Eva at Uni Hill store and she was really patient helping me over the phone and putting things aside for me. I visited this store on Thursday and she did not only remembered our conversation but also remembered my name. She went further helping me choosing colours and style for things I was looking to buy. That service was just above and beyond my expectations and it is just great to see that people still care about their customers. There was another lovely lady (forgot to ask her name) at this store who was really nice and helpful too. Thank you guys. Definitely visiting this store again in future.

Store is managed well and can get some great bargains! Some of the womens section is hit and miss but I always buy something from the men's.

Very organised and lovely staff who are helpful. I had to return an item and they made it so easy.

Really rubs me the wrong way that the store is segregated by sizes. Not a comfortable customer experience. Range is meh too. Change rooms smell.

Come on, it's Country Road with bargains. Gotta be happy with that. Staff few and far between, still bargains right. Go take a look

I was looking for a specific pair of sunglasses CR sold last year - a shop assistant in Chadstone said that the Uni Hill store has all their 2020 stock of sunglasses, and I should give them a call and they may be able to hold them for me. As Uni Hill is a day-trip away for me, I called to ask if they could please see if they have them in stock, before I make the journey. Well, the lady who picked up the phone, from the very start, was exremely reluctant to help me. She kept telling me in a whiny voice that I should not come all the way for sunglasses. When I tried to explain that they are very easily recognisable, if she could just have a look for them, she told me she couldn't have a look, that I would have to come over there to look for myself. WOW! Very helpful indeed! This lady should not be in customer service if she is not willing to help a very polite customer! SO disappointed in CR - I spend quite a bit with CR in general, but this has put a sour taste in my mouth - just couldn't be bothered to help from the second she picked up the phone. Go home for a nap, poor old dear who answered the phone!

Came in on busy sunday on black Friday sales dragging my son through girly stores; they had great sales & great Cuatomer service. I waa served by a very lovely lady even though it was busy she was nice and helpful to us.i went home with new clothes & was very happy not as bad as a line as other outlet stores inside.thanks guy

Attended with my mum and sister who always walk away with bargains, unfortunately I'm a little more plus sized and don't have as much luck!

Staff are always friendly, really big store. Often has some exceptional sales. They have womens, mens, kids and home. Really a one stop shop.
