Country Road

Beautiful store, and the designs are going from strength to strength but every time I have been there the service has been utterly horrendous. Do not recommend.

A beautifully spaced store. Staff were genuinely helpfull. Refunds were made easy as well.

Can’t complain about the service…there is none!
Walked in to check the new store out today and see if they had vests…felt like I was intruding. I stood in the middle of the store and was ignored by staff…particularly by an older lady who was folding garments at the front of the store. I made it very obvious that I was looking for help!
First and last time I enter that store!

I’ve be been shopping at Country Road for decades. Camberwell has the rudest staff by far. The young staff are good, but I really do think it might be time to rotate out the older ones who are just not putting the customer first.

Standing there for 10 minutes, plenty of servers standing around but no service. Maybe they don’t sell to males.

I bought a belt from here that was the wrong size (therefore it hadn't been used as it was way too big), and after visiting the store to try and swap it for a size that actually fits me they weren't able to do so because the product no longer had a tag/barcode on it. It's a reversible belt, so the first thing i did was rip off the tag.

It's clearly a Country Road belt and it was bought from the Camberwell store. You'd think they'd be able to help out. It cost me $80 and now I've got a belt that will NEVER fit me. Fantastic.

The staff here are nice enough but the prices are getting ridiculous - If you’re going to charge designer prices please at least vacuum the change rooms and greet your customers

Have they ever heard of answering the telephone at this place? You ring for days, nobody picks up, no opportunity to leave a message.

Disappointed in the customer service.
The store was not busy and we were the only customers in.
We were not greeted at all, not until we were right in front of a lady with eye contacts, then I guess she was forced to say hello.

Don’t answer their phone at all. I tried calling all day to check whether an item was in stock.

Although this is a smaller store, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Good range products and stock.

I just had a great experience at Country Road Camberwell! The staff were amazing. As I was waiting in the queue to purchase some clothes for a few minutes only, one of the store assistants got on her head set to check which counter was free and then ushered me to that counter. Then the lady at the counter was very helpful and ordered a tee-shirt online as they had none left in the store. I love great customer service and thanks Camberwell Country Road I was impressed! I will definitely be coming back to Camberwell Country Road to shop in the future!:)

Click and Collect, I was given wrong product, they don't answer their phone, zero customer service. I used Click and Collect due to illness and wanting to avoid the Xmas crush. They won't answer their phone and now I somehow need to get back to Camberwell to exchange, Very unhappy.

Love the Camberwell store and the staff never disappoint. Went for a specific item and came out with that plus a couple of other items. Sales assistant was extremely helpful, patient and courteous. A pleasing experience.

I like the homewares range, easy to find your way around the store. Great location for public transport.

Great clothes etc. Very good Sales - so keep an eye out. Salespeople are always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and up for a chat.

Never answers their phone. Was looking for an item and customer service suggested I call this store. Would help if they pick up the phone. I have a screenshot of the times when I’ve called over the past few days - all unanswered

The staff at this store are always so friendly and helpful and make the experience coming here better than they already are!

The woman in-store at CR Camberwell who helped me with a 'click and collect' item today was so lovely. My son had fallen asleep in the back of the car and she came out the front of the store to deliver it to my car. Great service.

Well country road is just amazing! I bought a jumper from there for 50 bucks and it is so amazing:) i personally think the prices are worth the quality of products! I reckon its worth it having a browse in any store of country road!
