Great store because it isn't part of a large shopping centre. It has a good range of stock but check before you go as they don't always have everything. Nice and airy. Staff are friendly.
I was shocked today to be treated so poorly as though I was a liar in the Albert Park store. I purchased 2 white shirts from another store a week ago and realised there were stains on them. I only realised yesterday when I planned to wear one. The store manager treated me like I was someone looking for a free pass. I don’t need charity or anyone’s $100 and made an honest effort to pop into the store to change the shirts for a fresh one. She insisted they would never sell it that way- albeit the stains are not easy to see if they were hanging in a store so could have been missed easily by the store professionals. The tone, body language, choice of words etc was the worst I have even heard yet carried out in a cold and non-customer centric manner. A loyal customer of Country Road who will never shop there again.
Country Road. A bit like going to McDonalds. This one is lacking a bit in choice and range, but the staff are pretty good.

Went there for a takeaway coffee last week. Rude and arrogant 'barista', super slow service and shocking, undrinkable coffee. Wouldn't go there for a bet.
Avoid at all costs.
