Country Road

Although i appreciate the worker grabbing my click and collect order from the back, she didn't smile at all, didn't seem like she wanted to be there at all and came off as quite condescending.kinda made me feel uncomfortable in the store.a bit disappointed as i normally have a decent experience at country road.

Purchased a pair of Cavoodle Socks from Trenery Melbourne Central last month. After wearing these socks with RM Williams boots for 1 day, both socks had already fluffed up before the first wash. So I placed them in a delicates wash bag, put them on a gentle wash setting to preserve the socks, let them dry and stored them in the wardrobe since.

But I still felt unsettled by the poor quality of these socks so today I went in store while in the city, to politely let them know what had happened (general feedback), and if possible, to exchange for a new pair. I was completely appalled by the rude and borderline abusive sales consultant, whose first instinct was to accuse me of wearing these socks multiple times, deliberately mistreating the socks and then going in store to grab a new pair.

I am not a destitute, needy, lowlife in need of a pair of your low quality socks. The sales consultant could have simply acknowledged and passed on the feedback and I would have been satisfied. Her attitude was completely unnecessary. She is clearly in the wrong job. Treat your customers with respect.

Had a great experience in store - the staff are all so lovely and were exceptionally friendly. Special mention to Katherine - amazing customer service. She was knowledgeable and quick to solve an issue I had with a purchase at another branch. Will be coming more often for the friendly faces here!

The range and price were great. However, the woman who served me could have been more explanatory in how she applied the discounts. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend you visit!

Never shopping at this store again because of the Disrespectful Rude Impatient and Arrigent Lady that served me.
I suggest going to another Country Road Store where you will get good kind help.

Honestly, I’ve been contacting them for the last two hours all morning to get a hold of them regarding a pick up stock for shoes that I had asked Doncaster store to deliver to this Melbourne central store. They have not picked up my calls after contacting them for about the 12th times now. This has been a distressing time for me as it is a gift that I am arranging. It’s really poor customer service experience when you don’t have staff picking up there calls. Even when things get busy in store, it’s always nice to not be forgotten about the customers on the phone enquiring about their items or queries. I honestly am disappointed with this experience.

I had a very pleasant experience yesterday thanks to the friendly and genuine customer service displayed by the attending staff on duty. Also happy with the quality and pattern of socks they have.

Needed to return one item and exchange size for another (both items were purchased online). The staff member was happy to assist. The whole process was quick and easy!

GREAT RANGE OF COUNTRY ROAD AND TRENENRY IN A DEDICATED STORE
This is an actual Country Road store (rather than being a concession in a department store) so you generally get a better range of sizes and styles. Set over two levels in Melbourne Central, it has clothing (men's' women's and kids), Country Road Home range and a selection of shoes and accessories. Staff here are very helpful

Service in this particular store is really disappointing. I walked in with every intention of purchasing a whole outfit and was even acknowledged after being in there for 15 minutes and even trying on clothes in the changerooms. This was at a very quiet period too. I ended up walking across to David Jones and bought the same CR products there.
