Great place to get bargains when they are on sale. I go into here quite often and get my bargains and sale items. And the staff are very polite and Helpful when you need help.keep up the good Work!

After having some issues with another store, the friendly and hugely helpful team at CR Frankston looked after me. They have a decent range as well, which is great to see in the area. Thanks guys!

Sadly I have shopped here often and had great experiences, but I went in to get two t shirt's for my boyfriend and the sizes were not out on the floor. So I thought I would ask one of the 'usually helpful' staff members to help. Unfortunately the gentlemen I asked quickly responded saying all they had was on the floor and walked off.

I went to another store the next day, they also had none. But the lovely lady offered to help and told me that the Frankston store actually had 4 of the sizes I wanted. I called Frankston and the staff member confirmed that they did have them.

Really let down that he couldn't just check the computer without just sending me abruptly away with no further offers of help.

Will be going to other Country Road stores in future.

Such AMAZING service! Went in to buy couple of vases and the lady who assisted us was absolutely wonderful! I noticed the other staff providing great care and service to the other customers too! Kudos team!

I just Love the clothes in this store, I think they have clothes for all ages of people and they have very helpful, friendly staff which definitely helps to make a more enjoyable atmosphere whilst shopping, Keep up the good work.

I’m wondering why when I was in the store the phone was ringing and the staff answered it. When I call the store over different times and days, no one answers it. It made me feel like people were happy to help when I made purchases, but not with any after sales service.

Worst service ever. Staff More interested in talking to each other rather than helping customers. God help you if you need to ask for a different size.
