Country Road

I was very disappointed with the male manager of this store. I was rudely told where the start of the line to pay was and then when I was assisted he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would hope that staff members of a brand like Country Road are friendly and respectful towards their customers.

Wandered the store with my wife who was trying on various items and handbags for around 20 minutes as did 10-12 other customers.
No customer in the store was approached by the 5 staff as they were all gathered around another staff member who was trying on a jacket for herself. I did tell the eldest of the staff when leaving that we were there to buy as were other customers trying on clothes but nobody including her seemed interested to help so we hit the road. Not the Country Road.

Been a customer of Country Road since it's been in operation. Classic styles, quality garments, great assortment of stock and super friendly staff. Always visit CR when visiting the area.

I just love Country Road, it is good quality it is reasonably priced and the staff are always will presented and very knowledgeable and very helpful with their range of products.

Went to country road Eastland to find a particular item. Was served by Callum who went above and beyond to help me locate the item around Victoria. Was beyond patient and extremely helpful, he was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Callum:)

Went here to replace a faulty item I had received online. I was left waiting to be served and passed on from worker to worker for over 30 min. Not once did anyone apologise for the inconvenience

Terrible customer service, the women working there act as if they are being put out every time they have to serve someone.

Terrible customer service. Walked past 3 members of staff and all ignored my mother and I, except for the one who looked me up and down and then turned away. It made me feel really uncomfortable and very hesitant to go back into this particular store again.

First time shopping at Country Road and received some phenomenal customer service from all the staff at Eastland today! Will definitely be going back to this store!

So disgusted. Wife called in tears. Has a Pretty Woman moment in the store today at 3: 40pm. Was told that Target would best suit her needs. How dare that Retail Assistant. My taxes paid are greater than her salary. Retail assistants should not pre-judge potential customers. Will never buy Country Road product because of this experience.

Super disappointed with Country Road, tried to sell me a pair of boots which had scuff marks on the leather and soles. Looked second hand but wanted full price. Will now buy on ebay for less than half the cost in better condition

Abit average they need to display there logo and their garments more! U wouldn't even know your wearing country road

Plenty of range to choose from all different styles and sizes. Fairly clean store. The staff are usually very friendly. This place usually has sales on as well. Recommended for a quick purchase. Easy location
