Country Road - Torquay

Upon shopping in the Torquay store today I was served by a beautiful lady who was beyond helpful and incredibly friendly. I had been struggling with a personal matter for a while now and I felt she could sense it. She just asked all the right questions and treated me so well. I wish I got the curly blonde haired lady's name.to thanks her personally but if she sees this.just know you made my day from the small chat we had. Thanks you.

So disappointed! Waited in the queue for so long and just when it was my turn, the blond salesperson said that she needed to assist another lady (who btw, was not waiting line!) and that I was next. Then she simply walked away, pretending to be tidying up and not even acknowledging or apologising for leaving me there waiting!
Horrible service! I live local but I will never ever shop there ever again.

None of the staff were not very friendly today 27th Dec.

No welcome. No assistance. No offer for change room. No smile.

Cramped store not a very nice shopping experience.

Love this store. Staff are fabulous, fully stocked with all your Country road favs including clothing and bags, kitchen items and pet products. Fantastic sale on too so everything was well priced.
