I've just recieved a request from Coulter Roache to review their services, at the completion of my Family Law Settlement. I am more than happy to do so. Why? Because I didn't choose Coulter Roach at the start of the process, and as a result of choosing a supposed 'Boutique Law Firm' suffered the consequences of poor representation, and a protracted dispute over thier invoice, compared to thier quote.
I would now be wary of any law firm that does not seek, or allow open feed back of the services they provided.
As a result I sought out another law firm, and chose Coulter Roache. My decision was influenced by the positive reviews written by previous clients.
As I transitioned to Coulter Roache during a crucial part of the settlement process, including a tight time frame, Anne and her team quickly took over and allayed my concerns. I appreciated the clear & concise conversations & counsell, with Anne and her team, that was always conducted in a freindly fashion.
My Settlement is complete, and I am happy with the outcome. I am also happy with the way Coulter Roache conduct their billing process, the frequency and itemized account.
I would like to note that this whole process was conducted during the challenges of Covid restrictions, with all comunications being carried out via, Zoom, email & phone calls.
