Worst service experience, staff are cruel and judgmental. Incapable of their basic job tasks.
Felt really uncomfortable as they closed doors 90% of the way at 4.25 when close was 5 and we’re side eying me very unpleasant to me and others to hurry up and leave, I usually love the store too such a shame. Doors ended up shutting at 4.40…
Idk who’s reading this, but i went in today, they were all getting slammed (obviously, black friday sales) and they were all so super duper awesome. Massive massive shout out to a person named Bailey - honestly give them a raise or promotion or something. Thanks for helping me pick my fit, looks super cute btw:)
Staff were a little dismissive. Weren't even aware they carried sizes above a 14/16 online. No stores have the plus size range in store which makes it pretty clear they don't want the customers
Amazing quality clothes! I have been shopping at cotton on for a while now and I love it! The staff members are always so kind and for the price it is so worth it!
