Be extremely careful with their store promotional posters, as the fine prints under "50 % OFF SALE", don't apply to most items.

I love this store! I always get great clothes with good quality at the very affordable prices. You will even get a great deal if you have a membership card. This place can be very busy in December but it worth spending time at. Most of the time, it is clean. The food court and toilet are just next to it.

I went to the billing counter with a jeans and the staff and the counter said they cannot sell the product because it was missing a label (which is the store's fault). I was told that they cannot hold the queue up and I had to go pick up another one and stand in the queue again which is understandable.

When I returned with a new item, the queue was longer and I still waited. However, there were two women who needed a replacement for the item they picked and not one, but two staff at the counter went to get them a replacement product while the whole queue was held up. How is that fair? There is no other way to put it but the customer service depends on the tone of your skin.

Good place but, sales nothing over $10 but nothing is there. Everything is over $10.sorry that is what I saw and experienced.

50% off everything signs everywhere, I ask about the price of all of my items and they're full price. Right.

I've been twice to cotton on in uni hill. It has good collection at very low prices. Best for daily wear clothes

The quality of the clothes does correspond to the price, we often do buy some clothes for our little one over here considering they tend to outgrow them in no time

Poor customer service. Staff is rude to customer. Stinchy with bags. Refused to give an extra bag even with multiple requests as the clothes were gifts to 3 kids.
