Cotton On Mega

Thanks to Anna who served me this morning. She helped me to find a specific item I was looking for, tried to search at Typo, contacted other stores, and organised a hold for me to pickup today. That’s an amazing customer service experience. Thank you Anna, made my shopping so easy.

Solid shop with good range of clothes and great deals. Would love to see more unbranded products but overall great

I love this store! Great atmosphere, vibe, friendly staff that are helpful and know what they’re talking about…. Some really cool clothes for casual, dress up or slumber.:) my “go to”:)

Beware! Cotton On is now selling vibrators under the brand name of Vush. Cotton On is family clothing store and it's target market including young kids and teenagers. Vibrators don't belong here, they belong in 18yo plus adult stores. It is no longer appropriate or safe for kids, or parents to walk through this store with their children. Cotton On has become a woke retailer that is grooming impressionable children. I will never shop again.

One of the most friendliest customer service I think I have ever had by a person named Andria. Staff were friendly and provided assistance despite being busy.

I have nothing against the shop or staff here. I have been to this store few times and they are lovely. My complain is against cottonon designs in general. I used to be the biggest fan of cottonon. Upto this day majority of my clothes are from cottonon. But I feel like you guys are neglecting the styles for normal sizes and putting more effort into plus sizes. All the plus size clothing are beautiful. Why can’t you make the same styles you make for plus size in the normal sizes as well? Almost all the recent designs for normal sizes are hideous!

Welcome back to shopping post lockdown. Whoop whoop It seems as though Chadstone have really bounced back. So happy to be out and about again.

This Cotton On store is quite big. Was neat.
The change rooms in the mens area were a little odd. Not all that much privacy. Some weird lady looking for someone just peaked in on someone. I was a little underwhelmed with the selection but maybe have to wait for the next season of clothes. Usually pretty good for cheap basics.

We put in an order for an OODIE for click and collect on the 1st of Aug 2021. Victoria got locked down and since weeks ago, we have been emailing you guys to see if we can pay extra to have it delivered. Surely, Cotton on, your shop is closed but your email still get through and yet you can't respond or take care of your customers? Just because of a lock down, doesn't mean you leave your customers in a lurch. This is both poor form and demonstrate a LACK OF CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. How can we support your brand if you DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS?
