Cotton On Mega

Not a great experience with this store. I just made purchase and while I was checking out, the girl serving me was quite cold and barely acknowledged me. She informed that the only available bags were $5 and I asked if there were at least paper bags and she blatantly said no. The service overall was quite disappointing alongside only having $5 bags available which I would assume most people wouldn’t be too happy about that either.

My daughter was just in this store and the two girls working was very rude and so arrogant. The way they spoke was disgusting. They need training in customer service. One of them was named Dana. They need to take lessons from Grace who works there she’s so lovely and helpful. Terrible terrible service

Usually have quite a good experience at Cotton On Broadmeadows, but today I was shocked by the customer service I received whilst checking out. The young girl who served me was extremely cold, and as I was at the front counter, she turned to her co-worker and quite loudly complained about how many customers there were around (despite a full line of customers who could hear her). She continued to talk to her co-worker without acknowledging me, despite the fact I was standing right there. After she checked out my purchases, she gave me the receipt without a word and turned away without any further acknowledgment, not even a “bye”. Usually quite happy with the staff here, but this particular staff member was extremely unpleasant to deal with.

Impeccable customer service. Spoke to the lady on the phone (Jinan) and she was answering all my questions with genuinity and upmost effort. Very caring and she went above and beyond in making sure she knew what I was looking for. Even when I was indecisive about the products that were limited in stock, she took the time to help me and offered to call stores nearest to me to put some aside for me. I have never been treated with such unfeigned service!

It was amazing experience with customer service…. Specially the girl name is ZARA …she is so polite, perfect knowledge about her job, very nice behaviour and great communication skill she has…I really appreciate her work…

Some good sales around this time of year. Can always find something for gifts and the staff are lovely.

They have good quality clothing, with great savings at this time of year. The staff are very helpful and friendly and there's an abundance of space to move about as you browse through the store.

Recently went In to do an exchange last Sunday as I been given some items by a friend as gift that wasn’t really to my taste or size. A lovely young girl, Charlie helped me find something else and made some really helpful suggestions. Her service could not be faulted. She seems really to enjoy her job and really shows. Probably the best service I’ve received shopping at any cotton on store. Definitely will be back.

I like what I saw quality nice looking clothes of all sorts, neat and tidy and always busy, shoes and other stuff are also here.

Staff are very rude and lazy. They won't open the change rooms for you, and the customer service is appalling!

Very nice products and very nice deals and fast delivery. There customer services are excellent and very quick. I was notified when my order was coming and was given a tracking number.
