2I have no idea who these two new managers are (you can tell they’re managers by how frequently they are there), but they’re flat out rude and talk down to folks especially their own employees. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to Point Cook or Highpoint.
Extremely disappointed with the staff. For clothes which were on sale where not offered on the sale price by the staff. There were kids shorts with the price tag of $8.50 on them but when I went to buy them, the staff mentioned that I need to pay full price because somebody from their staff had put the wrong price tag on them. But when I checked online the same shorts were for $8.5, but the staff was not ready to honour the price. It was not only that shorts but all the sale items with the sale price tag were not being billed on the sale price as mentioned on them. That particular staff was not even ready to explain properly why it was so. Somehow felt that it was racially motivated and she was not entertaining any of my questions about the price even when the website had the same sale price. Extremely disappointed with the service. Hope the management takes notice of this and ensures that the staff is properly trained.
