As soon as me and my friends entered the store we were followed and interogated the whole time, went to the change rooms to try on clothes and the lady snatched them and shook them aggressively when walking out checked our bags and went through them and demanded to see the tags come to find we hadnt taken anything.
Went to shop for our teenage son, the guy at the teller unable to answer basic questions, refused to take our loyalty card and was trying to sell charity bag / water

Went in there to try on a few clothes and got accused of stealing by this old lady, not fair to me or my friends for wasting our time! And not apologising after she checked our bags, very disappointing.
Enormous store with heaps of clothing inside! I’d say it’s mostly women’s clothes, gotta come back soon to make sure. Their staff are pretty cool and friendly.
Shopped here early Saturday morning for pants, Did a an exchange the following morning for one of the pants I bought. Customer service impressed me greatly as I was greeted with a smile and their service was amazing on both occasions.
Got charged 2 of the same item. Went back 20 mins later to get a refund for one and the lady who gave me the refund couldn’t bring herself to offer an apology for the inconvenience. Was so close to demanding a full refund for everything just based on her attitude. I get that mistakes can happen, I’m not at all bothered by that but how hard is it to offer an apology seriously!?
I just went in to try on a pair of jeans and the worker straight up just said i shouldn’t wear them i won’t look good in them cause i’m too short which i know i am but she hurt my feelings and i’m not a fan
Great store, great variety. Has most things as well as leggings and dresses for the kids and more so the longer hanging shirts for the kids.
Very colourful variety of clothes. Definetly recommend dropping by with the fair prices they have.
