Cotton On Body

Thank you so much Sarah! I came in around 5pm on Monday and she was absolutely wonderful. Helped me find two perfect bikini sets for my body type. Such amazing customer service! First time shopping here and what a great experience xx

The clothes looked average and the staff are so rude they did not say hi or bye or offer me any help even when I tried clothes on

I'm absolutely in shock with the level of customer service at this store and I'm the one who doesn't really bother at all with such stuff.

This particular staff was extremely intimidating and when I told her that the product I want to buy is on discount online, she somehow convinced me that I'll be getting a better deal by purchasing it in store on full price because I was using my perks reward. I accept that this is on me and I shouldn't have given into it. However when I realised that this wasn't the case, I instantly went back to the store to return the item and I asked her if my perks reward will get credited to my online account and her response was ' I'm not sure'. I repeated her words to her in surprise given that I wasn't expecting this reaction to which she said "Well you've chosen to return the item so I don't know about the credit"!

I would never step foot in this store if I see this particular staff again.

Poor customer service! Staff weren’t welcoming and very unprofessional. Staff was on her phone when customers were coming in! (Sunday 11th of July) I wasn’t happy at all about her comments when I was purchasing leggings

I don't think I've ever been greeted at this store, always ignored by staff until I get to the registers to purchase something.

The staff at the actual Cotton On store are lovely, but for some reason the Cotton On Body staff are always just gossiping to each other and never seem to greet any customers, at least not in the many times I have come in.

I don't think it's great to treat people like they're invisible.

I love cotton on body but have had bad experiences with the staff here, can be quite rude and make you feel like you are wasting their time. Customer service could be improved but very neat store with great deals.
