Cotton On Body

Me and my girl came out of calvin kleins just to be met with one of cotton on bodys employee (she was blonde with curly hair) coming up to us and interrogating
and accusing us of taking things from their store, despite us nicely denying, she INSISTED that it was us and “our two other friends” and asked where they were… there was only two of us this was rather racist as we’ve never expected to be attacked just because we were probably the same race as the thiefs… we walked away after as we were pretty stunned that happened to us but we eventually came back to ask for an apology because we felt so wronged and she was being rather aggressive.hope you guys teach your employees how to approach customers better (we never even stepped into cotton body) as it ruined our day.

Went shopping here today and was so happy with the customer service from every single person working there.they were all very lovely and helpful

I could only assume she is the manager, tall older looking with bangs, lacks all kinds of customer service. Very dismissive and passive aggressive when I didn’t wanna give her my email for perks or add a pair of socks or donate to charity. And then just for cotton on in general, I know it’s part of the staffs job to ask all these things but I wish they just wouldn’t. It comes across as being hassled when all I want is a pair of damn leggings. It makes me never wanna shop their again just because I feel annoyed at the counter by the bored staff

Disappointed with the customer service.
I came in today and wanted to put some items on hold, there was a very rude worker, around 30s-40s with bangs that was being very condescending towards me when I wanted to put items on hold.she questioned why I was putting the items on hold and I responded saying I wanted to browse around.after, she gave me attitude as she said "so you're not going to buy it". The whole situation made me feel very uncomfortable. I was quite shaken after and my friends also noticed she was being rude.she was seemed very annoyed and IGNORED ME when I asked how long something could be on hold for.very surprised with the terrible customer service, when all the other staff seemed very sweet and accommodating.something has to be done about this!

Me and my friend were trying on clothes and the lady kept looking into my friends change room, she did not give any privacy to my friend

Didn’t check vaccination, we’re disinterested in helping or even saying hello, waited for someone to let me into the change rooms and no one came even though they saw me standing there.

Range is great but service was meh. Good customer service seems a rarity these days. The young lady who served me seemed bothered to be working.

Cotton on body is a good store. But I had a bad costumer service experience as the girls where disinterested in helping me.
