Cotton On Body

Disgusted with the service. We made a $120 purchase on zippay in store. The blonde lady who claimed to be a supervisor scanned the card which deducted money from my account with an email to prove it and a transaction list stating $120 was taken out with an ID number for the purchase. The staff member continued claiming it was pending despite this proof and that she couldn't obtain a receipt for us neither could she let it go, she wanted us to scan the card again. Absolutely not! Zippay either goes through successfully or declines. It does not appear as pending and neither would they send an email claiming it went through if it had somehow been pending. Shocking service and won't be back here! Management need to train their staff accordingly. Gone are the days when customer service was priority. Now you have rude staff who are dishonest and uncaring about the experience people have.

I went into cotton on doncaster this morning and wasn't greeted by any of the staff, after being the only person standing in line for 5 minutes waiting to be served I had to go upto staff myself to ask for assistance.

Good service, make me comfortable and enjoy to shopping at here, a reception is so very2 humble and friendly and also the design product and quality is so valuable mixed up with good prices

Went in and brought a T-shirt, around an hour later i decided i wanted another one and went back to return it. The same lady who served me when i brought it said i couldn't get a refund and she couldn't help at all. I didn't have a receipt but after looking at their website she had the option to print me another receipt and could've helped if she wanted but chose not too. Was rude when i first went in and when i went back to try and return it she was smirking the whole time, offered no help and had an attitude. Oh and when my boyfriend asked if she could look at the cameras for proof of buying it she said they are fake so you should probably get real one

Bought some tracksuits for winter and it’s so soft and lovely:) they didn’t have grey but that’s ok

Bought pair of leggings, that were not cheap - pilled in 2 wks and also came apart at join.
Poor quality clothing

Ordered stuff online for the first time. Order was returned without informing. Kept getting message it's in its way and would be delivered same day. Called co.after 4 days if waiting and was told it's sent back to warehouse. Customer service tried to cancel the order to get rid of sending it back. Am back and forth past 14 days with them still not sent the order. Had bought dress for my daughter's bday and bday is gone. No compensation. No service. Paid express delivery and at one point was also told that items ordered is out of stock when the item is sitting packed in the warehouse and no update on when they going to send. Worst company and horrible service I could ever come across

Always welcomed in this store. Staff are so helpful & great range of merchandise.
Whenever I’m @ the centre, I never leave without popping into Body to buy a piece.

So rude. I came in for a specific item - wasn’t greeted. I needed help with sizing but couldn’t catch any of the two staff members’ attention. Left not wanting to shop there at all.
