6Always a pleasant experience visiting the store, fun and friendly staff!
Today a wonderful blonde girl served my mum and I as she needed some new trackies. She was so helpful, polite and cheerful. I know retail workers can get a hard time sometimes
Really nice staff & absolute lovely clothes.the staff were very helpful & gave me lots of great advice.love the wide variety & the clothes (especially sleepwear) are verrrrry comfortable xx
Good prices and nice products.staff are very friendly, you will find anything you need and feel completely comfortable
If you want to train staff do it on company time. Not customer time. Never shop waurn ponds cotton on again. Total lack of interest in customer.
Music far too loud. When I asked a question he asked me too repeat my question. I will never return to that store!
