5Seen the womens underwear had a 5 for $10 deal or $5 each was charged all 5 each rang to question as i didnt check my receipt untill i got home, was spoken to rudely and staff member had no idea what the sale even was in the store herself disgusting customer service.
Love Cotton On however I can never seem to find the clothes that are on the mannequins on the actual racks. Staff are friendly and always seem to help
Worst place ever. Staff rudely walk past you without acknowledging and there isn't a hint of customer service.
There were 5 employees in the store that I went past and all were on their phones not helping customers.
Staff are so rude, and kept talking to each other. Didn't care that 3 customers needed assistance and asking for help and disturbing their conversation made them so rude.
Worst customer service ever!
The amount of staff that are working in there and just walk straight past customers or are just too busy talking to co-workers or friends that pop in.
I've rang and spoken to the manager but there still no improvement.
So bad.
