5I had to get a refund for some jeans I got online. The two female staff members I dealt with were soooooo amazingly helpful and showed me what was in stock that was more suited to what I was looking for. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I came in to Cotton On today to return some items that I had bought online and the lady who served me was brilliant.
She was patient with me and didn’t seem rushed at all. She took her time to look up my Perk’s membership and give me the refund I needed.
I’ve never had such a good experience returning something to a store as this, and the customer service was outstanding.
I want to say thank you so much!
Also, I will add that there is a large variety of clothing in the store for both men and women, the best Cotton On store I have been to.
It is a shame I don’t live in Ballarat otherwise I’d come in all the time!
Said they were open until 8pm on sunday but got there at 4: 56 and were closed please fix your hours
Helpful staff and a great range of clothing and shoes. Good sale at the moment, some of the sand shoes are only 5 dollars wow.
