10Very helpful staff-member. Thanks. We were the $20-left-to-spend couple and you offered a peek at Good Reads on your phone as an option after all the in-store potentialities were exhausted.
All the staff are great EXCEPT the store manager who is incredibly rude and pushy. She has no customer service skills and will make the smallest request (ie a return) into a huge issue. Had a bad experience with her on numerous occasions so choose to shop elsewhere!
JADE is absoluteky beautiful kind soul her customer service was amazing she was so attentive and im happy you hire such beautiful women call me baby
Grace have lovely service and tried to call her coworker over to serve us at the register as she was busy serving another customer. Lizzie however chose to answer the phone and make us wait in line for another 5 minutes. The customer in front of you should always be the focus, not tasks!
Had the best experience at the store yesterday with the help of both Chloe and Jayde. I just wanted to write to say thank you for your incredible service and support. Couldn’t highly recommend the store enough!
Great products but will now shop at knox store. Last few visits here staff have touched their masks then my purchases! Unsanitary practices I do everything I can to be covid safe had to disinfect my purchases, so I will shop elsewhere
I think their prices are higher than before covid. Overall helpful and customer centred. Wouldnt pay the prices asked of some products.
It's a superstore, so they have all the sub-brands (Body, Kids) in one store, which is very convenient. Great range and lots of sizes.
This store is very large despite being in a small ish shopping centre. They always have great prices and sales and I have bought many clothes here. The staff is always polite and willing to help with sizing or questions.
