6 Super impressed by the customer service provided with old school protocol procedures!
Simply ending the sale, bagging it up and coming around the counter is such a professional way of doing things!
It’s the small things, I was impressed!
Wasn't allowed to assist my daughters in the change room, both primary school age but it's a unisex fitting room with sleazy men in there.go figure!
And they can't bother returning my call either.
My girls like shopping here. Sizing is an issue sometimes and you have to order online or go to another store.
Didn’t offer me a bag, then when I asked for one they just handed it to me and expected me to put it in the bag. Great self service. Being a previous cotton on group worker, very disappointed in the lack of courtesy and customer service. It’s the basics.
Expect poor quality and you won't be disappointed. Cheap for a reason.
I love shopping at Cotton On. But today I was so upset about the staff. I know today shop will close at 8pm and I was at counter to pay for my clothes. At that time I think about 7: 55pm, one of couples was at counter before me and the staff was very nice with them, smile and talked to them even late. Then my turned the staff was uncomfortable with me, I could see on her face even I still said thank you so much with her. She didn’t say thank you or smile with me. I left there at 7: 59pm. I know the staff had very busy day and tired, I was feel sorry for them but she shouldn’t like that with me. I felt discrimination, maybe because I’m Asian. I know her name, it’s on my receipt. I hope she changes, everyone works at Christmas time always feel exhausted after finish the day but when you working on service, your behaviour should be different.
