Cotton On

The young (I’m presuming) gay/bi guy who works here has a bad attitude. I’m a friendly person and was chatting with the other staff who weren’t serving me as he was such a Debbie downer.

Couple weeks ago, i came here and received great service. Don’t know the workers name but he was great. Helped me find sizes and even organised a product to be delivered to my door.

Today l had to call into Cotton On to enquire on a product. I could not find it in Store but l had the most beautiful customer service. A lovely girl named Maddy went above and beyond to find the items from another store. Which she did, she then called the store to ask them to put on hold for me. But it was her lovely manner and beautiful service that l took note of. And then another employee named Jay Jay was also very helpful. I hope these employees are treated well because they are a huge asset to Cotton On. I hope next time l go there that they are still working there. Maybe a promotion. They desrve it. Thanks girls.

Love buying cool slogan tees and jumpers for my nephew. Great bargains too.

Love the gear here. Good prices but sometimes hard to find your size. Try online if not at your local store.

Big fan of Cotton on. Just one problem - larger sizes are hardly available.
