Extremely rude and invasive larger Samoan lady. All the workers glared and were far from friendly or helpful.
Old lady with short black hair death stared me my whole shop. Never returning.

Worst customer service I’ve had. I went to pick up a online purchase and was rudely spoken to by both staff members. One was the manager and another I assume was a casual or part-time worker. My boyfriend was also shocked at the tone and attitude I was spoken to with.

So wasted my 50 minutes trying those footwear which says 2 pairs for $15 on a board there but at the check in counter, it was one pair for that price and another one was for $30 for both. So why you put misleading signs and waste people's time and this is your second store it happened after my bad experience with Broadmeadow one and then charging a poly bag for $2 and another one for $5 so what happened to your business ethics where we have to take slippers in our hands so point is you basically had no class as you should have improved on my best review but I was positive this time as people take reviews seriously but it looks like another store is on the same footprints on the earliest one for no customer service and no class and misleading prices for the customers to force to buy stuff probably your poly bags or carry on bags are the one you must be more money on. Just another cheap shop with Chinese cheap products and cheap services.

There’s a girl who works here. She’s a superstar. She looks sick and tired of life but she really tries her absolute best to be nice. Buy her a coffee. Give her a raise. She’s the sole reason I’m giving a 4 star review.

-1 star for the incredible lack of variety in clothing. It’s like the 70s threw up on all the racks.

Usually not one to complain - I like to find the good and review that however am so frustrated with the lack of customer service that in this case that isn't possible. Made an online click and collect purchase (for Typo) on November 20 with an anticipated pick up date in store on November 26.

Reached out via the chat function on November 28 to check as I hadn't heard anything and was told that the order had been shipped and should only be another couple of days.

When I still hadn't received confirmation that my order was in store I reached via chat again on December 2.

Was given the same answer - my order had been fulfilled and shipped and I would be contacted once arrived in store but when I explained I had been given that information earlier the team member said he would check with the store.

30 mins later he returned to tell me that the store I had selected did not do click and collect and that he had no idea where my order was!
My only options at this point were to be given a refund or reorder.

I asked him to arrange for my order to be refilled and sent to me ASAP as I had already waited and been messed around. He said this would be done minus the 3 items that were now out of stock: (

I got in touch via email a few days ago to ask for the status of my order to which I have still had no reply.

Used the chat function again yesterday (December 8) to be told that my order had still not been shipped and that they were unable to speed it up at all, check on it or even offer express shipping.

The lack of customer service or even care is disappointing. I'm now in the position where I will have to return half my order as the items needed to go to Perth for Christmas and they won't arrive in time to be sent.
The chat team member yesterday said if I hadn't received shipping confirmation in a few days to get back in touch but I won't waste my time again as it's next to useless.
Still waiting for a reply to my email, still waiting for my order. Just dreadful service.
No one that I chatted to was any help at all.
Won't EVER bother using their online ordering service again.

Found the track pants we were looking for and they were on special as well. Anyway the staff were very helpful and friendly and our shopping experience was very good as usual. We always enjoy even just looking around at this store but almost always find something to buy every time we visit here.

Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
The girl at the cashier didn’t even so much we look at me let alone acknowledge my existence aside from waving me over to pay. She asked me the same question about 5 times about buying a bag and something else. No hello, no thank you, no bye. Just busy talking about her life story with her colleague. Like actually incredibly rude and arrogant. Just based off this one experience (and the surprisingly high prices for the dismal quality) I would never buy from cotton on again.

Worst customer service every time I come here. The girls are always too busy having conversations with eachother. 3 girls behind the counter, 1 actually doing her job and the other 2 pretending to do something while they chat, meanwhile there is a line of customers waiting to be served. All the girls act like they'd rather be somewhere else and hate their lives. I'm honestly sick of it, next time I'm taking note of names and making sure I speak to head office Karen style.

Great sales, customer service is 50 50. Depends on the individual on the day lol. Convenient location within a major shopping center.

I was personally assisted by Jack on more than one occasion and have to say that he is an excellent sales assistant. He is efficient, doesn't hold up serving customers, is able to multi task by attending to my purchase which involved calling other stores without making everyone wait. He genuinely cares about pleasing his customers and delivers customer service "the old fashioned way" - something that seems to have become a lost skill these days where staff are allowed to get away with finger pointing the customer to go and find and solve their own shopping problems. Cotton on please keep training your staff like Jack.

Got called a security risk and was then demanded to show all contents of my trolley and provide receipts for everything. Had to pull up a bank transaction record on my phone to prove the purchase, even though the employee saw us paying for our items less than 3 minutes before
