Big store but wouldn't let me exchange my items without a receipt even though customer service online says it was okay. Very rude service too, I didn't realise not having a receipt meant I was the scum of the earth.

Great service from Zoe at Airport West.
She assisted my daughter and I with jeans in the fitting room and was so lovely and helpful.

Sorry guys but what is it with the loud music in the store? When I shop I like it low and relaxing so I can think. Please lower the volume.

Finally found the style of pants my daughter was looking for. Unfortunately we weren't able to try on or purchase anything. Plenty of staff around, but we weren't acknowledged in any way. It was 20 minutes before closing, we needed to quickly try on the pants to confirm the sizing, but the change rooms were blocked off. A flimsy handwritten paper sign hung from a clothes rack facing away from us saying the 'Change room is closed for cleaning', a staff member was vacuuming, saw us waiting for her to complete the cleaning, but didn't think to let us know that this 'cleaning' was their way of preventing anyone trying on clothes before the store closed. After waiting for 10 minutes, being seen and passed by the many staff in the store without any interaction, we realised that we weren't wanted or welcome and left. A frustrating and disappointing experience.

Very disappointed that this cotton on doesn’t have a plus size section. I was told to either go online or go to highpoint. Shame.

Wow, honestly don’t even know where to begin!
I came in on a Saturday morning a couple of weeks ago into the Airport West store and was looking for an outfit with such little time. I was already running late to my first event out of 3 for the day, feeling overwhelmed and flustered as nothing in my wardrobe had fit because of COVID kilos. I had already searched high and low in various shops for an outfit but had no luck at all. As soon as I walked in, a lovely lady by the name of Stacey (sorry if I spelt it wrong haha) had greeted me and asked how I was as you usually would in retail and I instantly broke down in tears because of the stress of not being able to find anything at all and already running late to my first event. Stacey was on the ball straight away, asked what exactly what I was looking for and what I’d feel comfortable in, she then recommended a couple of loose fitted button up tops that would go perfectly with my denim jeans and white shoes that I already had at home. In less than 5 mins I was out of there, now with a complete outfit, ready to take on the day with a baby shower, bridal shower and my work Christmas party! Stacey, you are AWESOME!
I guess in a time such as COVID, a lot of people tend to become more closed off, rude and impatient but Stacey showed so much compassion and common curiosity. We need more Stacey’s in this world

Went into cotton on and asked about the curve section for plus size women. I got told that they don’t have clothes for ‘fat’ people. I walked out straight away.

Understaffed? The last three times I have been in store and wanting to try on items, there has been no staff on floor and I've had to wait upwards of 10minutes for someone to come and open a room, or wait for one other customer to leave their door open so I can duck in next.

Front of store looks clean and they always have items by colour range to entice the customers in. Getting customer service on the other hand, is not good. The assistants always look like they are too busy to serve customers needing assistants. For that reason, I give only 3 stars.

Very poor customer service and rude not only from one girl but two I asked a question about the promotion on the shirt s if you could mix with the guys ones and was told to read what it said. Then when I purchase my products the girl was having a bad day I said I didn’t want the water she said there’s your shirts rudely I won’t be shopping there again.

Good range of clothes for all ages. The price tags are affordable.well done for opening up a branch in airport West. Their loyalty program is good but you need to spend a $100 to get $10 voucher. It's a shame you have to wait. They will send you a barcode to your email. Without the barcode the staff at the checkout can't do anything about it. Staff in store should be able to redeem your voucher even if you don't have a barcode with you. On the upside, cotton on offer instore afterpay. They don't really advertise the afterpay anywhere in the store unless you ask.

My friend and I recently shopped at Cotton On airport west and we were served by a young lady who was extreamly rude and unhelpful. We were not greeted when we walked in, we were not asked if we needed help once we had to help ourselves to the change rooms as there was no one there attending them. We enquirered about the Cotton On Perks program to which she answered very bluntly “you earn points”. For a store that has just opened it is not a way to earn loyal customers.

Bought about 5 watches there over the past year and all have stopped working in about 3 weeks, customer service isn't good either
