Disgusting customer service. The employees should be ashamed of themselves for behaving this way with customers. I will never shop at cotton on again just because of the terrible attitude of the employees there! Would not help with sizes or anything and was simply so rude! Don’t go to this cotton on store!

Make sure they take the tags off the clothes. Customer support online isn’t any help either.

This is a clothing store. It sells clothing. Lost stars for the green and pink colours in fashion

I had a very quick but excellent customer service from this cotton on branch. Cordellia was about to close the store when I came. She mentioned that they are closing but I was in desperate need for belt and she still happily served me and assisted me. Well done for this staff member. In addition to this, the store was very tidy and appealing to look and go to. Would definitely recommend this branch.

Don’t go upstairs false advertisement. I wanted just two jumpers because the sign clearly said 2 for $40. I go downstairs and the lady goes $100. I say no that should be 2 for $40 that’s what the sign on the table says. This lady has the audacity to say the swimwear? Like it it was 2 for $40 on the swimwear the sign would be with the swimwear not with the jumpers. Overall the store is terrible dont know i’m even giving you a star

Discusting service attitude. No staff helping in the shop or changing room when I wait at the cashier just to ask for size, after I wait for a customer finished checkout, the cashier ignored me then coldly told me to line up at the end. I was just ask for size not checkout ok? And another time I ask for a plastic bag because my water bottle leaked and all of my stuffs were wet. The cashier held an arrogant attitude to tell me they don’t use plastic bag. You gotta take the situation into consideration rather than stand on the moral high ground about your environmental propaganda. Stop embarrassing people!

Other than taking a few minutes to figure out where the service/pay desk was, the staff, cleanliness and variety was great

I always find good stuff at reasonable price. But one thing that I found and I don't like is different price range at all stores. I found top for $15 any the same top I found on the same day at another store. Only $5.
I was very disappointed at that time. It should not be different.

I go to this store to pick up my click and collect. Quite a big store on 2 levels. Good to browse and lots of things on sale.

Service and staff knowledges are poor. I went straight to the counter staff for an item, was told it was located upstairs. Went upstairs and asked staff for help, she had no idea they have that on offer and had to check with another staff, both confirmed that the item has been removed since they changed the layout.

So, I headed out. And found a whole wall with the item I needed on the way out!

For the quality of the clothes it is slightly overpriced, it's fast fashion. Essentially they're asking you to pay $60 for something that cost $10 to make. If you want to spend that kind of money I would recommend finding a store with better quality clothing. Despite the rest the service was very nice and all of the employees were helpful.

Please do not sign people up for membership when the checkout is busy! Waited ages to pay because the cashier keeps signing people up and selling side items! Took 15 minutes when there were only 2 people in front of me.

Store is meant to open at 9am but its still closed. It's 920am. I get that sometimes things happen but for the flagship store it's pretty poor.

Unprofessional Security Guard! I was about to go out but the guard stopped me and asked to check my eco bag so i obliged and opened it for him, After that he just grabbed my other handbag and wants me to opened it again, I know it is a store policy but the way the guard handle it was very Unprofessional and Rude, He could ask me in a nice way if he wants me to open my other handbag not to the point that he will grab it! What a shame im a cottonon regular client and this is the only time that this happened to me, So disappointing! The incident happened around 4: 30-5 pm I did not get the name of the guard but i think he is young Indian, (not being racist) just describing He’s very unprofessional and he doesn’t know how to handle customer properly! And fyi he did not find anything on my two bags! I can’t believe you dont train your guard properly and how to interact at customers in a professional way! I am very disappointed!

The music was too loud and it’s hard to talk with the staff. Also, one of the male staff he was being so rude because he threw my first membership card on the table. As I said, the music was too loud and i couldn’t say my name clearly, so he was angry little bit. Why? I should be the one who feels angry abt this problem, not that stupid guy!
Please turn down your music (it hurts my ears) so that customers can enjoy shopping there.

I always like the items in there, love to do shopping but today evening arounda 5-6pm l, the lady servicing for changing rooms was so aggressive and rude to me. I felt like if you are so frustrated with the job why are you showing on customers? Bcoz of such people company brand affects. I believe manager pls show them how to treat nicely when you are servicing and not show ur anger on customers. Thanks cotton on bdw for such a best items in reasonable price. I will definitely buy it but atleat l not for few days in Bourke st one.

Just want to share that today I received exceptional customer service and had no issues with refunding a product I wasn’t 100% sure about. Thanks to the lovely female assistant sorry I didn’t get her name in the Men’s department for helping me out today. Your an asset to this company. Thank you.

It had so many different clothes and near h&m's, rebel and much more. The only bad thing was i and some others had to wait for ať least 5 minutes to get my things scanned. Other wise really good!
