Cotton On

Lady at counter was super freaking rude for absolutely no reason. I said I have a voucher that I need to scan as well as my membership and it was super busy and super loud, she decides to mumble her response but scans my membership so I asked her again I have a voucher, and she goes “I just need to finish this can you wait, is that alright? ”. And mind you she was very loud this time, ridiculous filthy person, she had no shame, clearly frustrated with work so she’s putting it on someone else. Cotton on is one of my favourite places to shop and I go to this store all the time but never have I had such a horrible experience. She’s tarnishing the name of the brand, hope she gets what she deserves.

Like the presentation of this store in High point. Great range of kids, ladies and some gents products at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly.

My partner has bought a sandal for me, it was heavy and it has annoying shape edges, I test it at home just for 5 seconds, next day I went there to refund but they didn’t accept to refund because it doesn’t have tag, awful customer service, huge shop works as a peddler, it’s ridiculous while she had a CottonOn membership

Deceitful service. 2 t-shirts at $29 snuck up to $35. Do you want a bag she says? The $5 cost could have been mentioned. Used to be $2. And all without a smile or a sniff of customer service. Blankness galore. Thanks but no thanks!

I LOVE their clothes it’s so pretty and always fits perfectly. But it’s very expensive and overpriced. Over $100 for 2 things

Massive store with something for adults and kids and ages in between. Great sale prices. Plenty of bargains to be found. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Recieved great customer service by Michaela today. Came into the store and needed to get a refund on a purchase I made online. Michaela was professional and understanding. Keep up the great work.

I walked into Cotton On today and not one person said hello or spoke to me. Very disappointing and poor customer service.

My daughter was in the store today and wanted to buy something. She had the item she wanted but continued to walk around to look at other items. A staff member continued to follow her around and after a while said to her, "you better pay for that! " Excuse me? Of course she was going to pay for that! She ended up leaving the item as she felt really uncomfortable, shes only 12. Then as she was leaving the staff were pointing at her and obviously talking about her. Bit over the top i think the staff need to work on their attitudes too

Today I was walking around the store with a friend and got accused of stealing 2 items as they were apparently “poking out of my bag”. My friend was walking around with 2 tshirts in her hand and placed them somewhere random, the staff did not see where she put them and accused us of stealing and putting them in the bag I was holding. I then told her she could look in my bag but she didn’t. She then said she would check the security cameras if we didn’t fess up. Then when she gave us the chance to finally speak, my friend showed her where she had put the two items that we had apparently “stole”. She continued to give us attitude even though she knew she was in the wrong and dirty looks as we walked out. I did not get any apology from her or any of the other staff members. This is not ok.

The staff on register seemed disinterested and unhappy today. I can tell they are sick of asking customers to purchase charity items. I'm happy to donate, but it seems like its a chore for staff to ask these days.

Most unhelpful and arrogant manager at highpoint cotton on store. We approached the male manager at cotton store for a genuine request regarding click and collect. He came across someone with no empathy for others. Listened to our request with half an ear and did not make a single effort to help us in that situation.

I was served by a girl named Elly. I asked for a paper bag and she told me that they didnt have any and i only had the choice of the $5 charity bag. My friend was served next to her by another girl and she was given a paper bag. Stop lying to your customers and forcing them to spend $5 on a charity bag.

Store is really clean and laid out easily. The staff was super nice and friendly and the girl that helped me stopped what she was doing to help me find the jeans I wanted

Had an amazing experience with a worker named sima, she made my shopping experience so much easier and was so helpful!

Only here because I spent the last half hour trying to find a workers @ that I interacted with for no longer than 2 minutes, he has black nails and superb music taste, good day.

I had a really terrible experience here with the woman looking after the change rooms at this store recently. Wouldn’t recommend. Really horrible.

Had a really lovely time today! Huge store, lots of Cotton On Body, Rubi Shoes, and Cotton On Kids stuff too, and everything was really clean and tidy!

Heaps of staff on floor who were really helpful and polite! Easy to find everything, huge range. I loved how the homewares (mugs, trinket trays, fake plants) were merchandised, looked lovely!

Ended up going a couple of times in one day incase I missed anything as there were so many items! Awesome!
