Brilliant place, huge range had exactly what needed - quality latex ‘old man’ mask. But what was really great was the service, I called explained what I needed and what it was for (photo shoot) Yvette knew exactly what I was on about and offered to send photo, I was close so just went down to the shop. I will def go back for props and things for shoots for sure, costumes looked great! Thank you Yvette! - Bronek.

Costume Wonderland are awesome! They were so helpful and efficient- they went above and beyond to help me find the right costume that fitted me and the theme perfectly. They were easy to deal with and so friendly. I’m actually now planning a themed birthday party just to be able to use more of their fun costumes!

Costume Wonderland is great! There's a HUGE range of costumes, lots of variety. The store is huge in itself so you won't feel cramped looking around. A lot of the costumes are also handmade by the staff themselves! So the quality is through the roof with lots of careful consideration. However truly the best part about the Costumes Wonderland experience are the staff. The two ladies running the place couldn't have been more delightful, helpful and really supportive to work with. I wanted to hire some costumes for a video shoot coming up and they were so helpful! If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would!

Such brilliant customer service! I was instantly asked if I would like help & then they helped me locate what I needed so quick! The ladies here are just so friendly & nice! Couldn't recommend them more!

I do a weekly dress up for a raffle at work and the huge range and wonderful staff at Costume Wonderland help to make it a lot of fun. Sometimes I may have a strange request for what sort of costume I want and they always go above and beyond expectations to help me out. They know their stuff and are really friendly.

Incredible Service was out of this world. I'd left it till two days before to dress 4 children for book week. Staff were super helpful, they even drove to wholesaler to get correct sizes and had them ready for me the next morning. I wouldn't recommend them enough!

Love the new shop guys it's incredible. I'm a professional performer that needs costumes quite often for my events company. It's the biggest fancy dress shop in Melbourne by far. They have everything. I highly recommend this store for everything you need, and if you don't need anything it's worth just going In to have fun with the staff, they're hilarious.

Great shop, awesome staff! Went there hoping to find something for a last minute costume party, and was blown away by the available selection! The staff is great, very helpful. Note that things can get quite busy on the week-end, so I would recommend to get your costume on Friday rather than Saturday if you can.

The staff are fabulous, the costumes clean and always exactly what we want. I would highly recommend them as you can tell they are fun people who really get into the spirit of their rather fun job! Nothing is too much trouble and without their help I don’t think we would have be as successful in our fundraising for the children’s hospital- thanks to all and we have booked our easter bunny for next year too!

From the moment I walked in the door, all the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. They have great knowledge and range of costumes and willingly worked with me to find the exact look I was after. Nothing seemed too much effort for the wonderful staff working. As a kids party planner I was so excited to have found this place to hire Entertainers costume.
I had a very important event with Cinderella on the weekend so I called on Friday to ask for the Cinderella wig specifying exactly which one I needed, the style, the colour. They confirmed they definitely had it. Before going to pick it up on Saturday, as I was hosting another big party wanted to make sure they had it before driving all the way there and again they confirmed the style I wanted was there.
I arrived and they handed over to me a Tinkerbell Wig that is a Fairy and not a Princess. Completely different.
I was so stressed out as the party was in 1 hour so at that stage I couldn't go and visit other stores.
If they were familiar with the characters and told me they didn't have it I would have gone all around on Friday to find it somewhere else but they insured me they had it there.
Also I waisted time in there trying to find something similar without luck while my plan was to pick up the wig and leave as I was hosting 2 parties on the day. Such a waist of time. I ended up getting that Tinkerbell bell wig hoping I could do something with it, paid the full amount and looked terrible.
It was a huge disappointment and such a stressful event. I had to put together a wig myself just few minutes before the event!

Unfortunately I Wouldn't trust this place again.
So sad as I was so happy to have found a big costume hire place.

They let you try on any of the costumes in packets, better than other shops where you have to guess

I love this place. I have been coming here for over 15 years and their costumes are fantastic. What I love most though are the staff. They are super enthusiastic, very friendly and genuinely helpful. I will continue to be a very happy customer here.
