Very poor customer service.

After I got the depreciation report, I wrote them a kind and fairly detailed email trying to let them know my opinion on that. I was under the impression that the report was missing a couple of items, I was asking for some clarification on them, and their response was a single sentence: "All included in the report. The report is final. " No further explanation. Made me feel that they totally ignored me.when it came to bill payment, unfortunately I was facing some financial difficulties at that point in time and asked for an extension on payment, which they kindly agreed to extend it by ~ 1 week.unfortunately I still had the same problem after the extended date, but I could pay it in full if they were able to give me just a little bit of discount,

so I then asked for some discount on the price, it was rejected, which was fair enough, but his excuse was rather unexpected and strange to me. He said that he himself had to go and inspect the property, just like as if I have received a gold class service.so I'm not eligible for any discount. COSTIN, the inspection was part of the job. You had to get it done anyway. Did you want me to go there instead of you? !? !

Also the other excuse he came up with was that I have pushed him day and night to get the job done! Which was basically an evening first phone conversation to see how they can help me and then a couple of chats in later days to provide him with realestate agent contact details and further follow ups.what about your advertised 24/7 service then? !

We noticed no report is very well presented with unnecessary paper added, your quantity Surveyors updates on the progress from the first phone call to arrange an appointment to receiving the report has been beyond expectations, definitely a great customer service experience and professional service too!
