Costco Docklands

Good store but sad to hear it’s closing. It’s the only main attraction left for Docklands. In 2020 the Central Pier closed, in 2021 the Melbourne Star Wheel closed, and only in 2023 the Party Boat shut as well. I’m sad to see that Costco is next on the chopping block.

I will never ever shop here again! Last batch of dog food I bought was off, so I rang and spoke to a young girl that said she would put a note on my account to let them know and advised me to go into service desk so they will give me a refund.
Went in yesterday mind you 40 minute drive in, only to be told by the very extremely disgustingly rude person behind the counter that I have to pay $65 to renew my membership otherwise they won’t give me a refund! I find this very unprofessional and wrong so I will definitely be taking this further.

Sera from register was the most unhelpful and rude customer service representative. Not speaking up properly and I had to repeat myself three times can you please tell me the total. Such a bad attitude for such a great place

Good place to shop in bulk. Lots of variety and well priced. However the parking lot is a total shambles. That needs to be looked at by management. More signage in the parking lot would be beneficial.

I am new customer with Costco, I did shopping last Tuesday on December 2021, Eric is Asian staff spoke loudly that is my fault in front of a lot of customers next to me, Eric did not respect me. If merchandise is sold out, Costco Dockland must remove sale tags / labels, you waste customers‘a time to return merchandise. Worst customers service.

It is a reasonable place to shop, they always have specials & their seafood are cheaper than other places. However there seems to be less specials & savings every week.

The worst online shopping experience ever! Wait more than 4 weeks and still not receive the TV, but the online tracking shows delivered, ridiculous. The customer service of the courier Toll took forever to reach (call multiple times wait 5 hours no one answered), and no response from the customer service of Costco who told they have lodged my case to Toll. Absolutely irresponsible for the customer.

Acres of Goods. Must have member card to enter and purchase goods. Most things are very cheap, but are often 'bulk' packets. I bought 16 electric tooth brush heads. (Yes 16).
They have everything here except for Rapid Test Kits (but they were on the way).
Clothes, Hearing Aids, Booze, dried figs, vitamins, tyres and tea. They got it all. Even pizza and coffee when you finish.

Poor Customer Service. Especially from Errick, rude and made false claim about our membership being blocked as we were purchasing items for our sick father.
Very rude staff at the counter as well. Definitely not recommend, old lady (with glasses and red hair) at the counter do not care at all about customers. I've been shopping with Costco for 7 years and definitely do not recommend Docklands Costco.

I went to renew my card lastweek and was served by a lovely gent named Kevin. He’s customer service was remarkable thanks Kevin for such great service he even went out of his way to get us a trolley, what a legend.

Just visited Costco. There is a notice saying that the Covid self-test kit is sold out. However, a female staff was holding two self test kits, so I asked her where i could get them, and she told me yesterday already sold out. But the employee carries both kits herself and went to cash desk. It is questionable how the covid rapid test kit remain in the store while calling it sold out, and each person can only buy one, but the employee buys both. When I spoke to the employee, the other employees were looking at me and smiling. What are you guys hiding?

This place is bigger than Texas. Anything you can imagine. I love the meat area. Every product is from a top manufacturer. It's a must stop.

Very bad customer service experience. Recruitment process needs to be reviewed as the staff do not have any people skills, no passion, enthusiasm in their work and do not know how to speak to customers in particular older lady with red hair and glasses at the service desk. They also do not value long term members, will not be returning to Costco Docklands! Would give 0 star if possible!

If I could give a lower score I would, possibly the worst online store experience. Paid for a product that was only available online with a delivery due back 5th November, was great to see the product move from Sydney to Melbourne only for it not to move any further than that. Over 4 weeks later and still no movement and what do you know it's now available in store. But can I change my order to grab one in store? No! I have to cancel my order, and wait for a refund. So I couldnt wait any longer and purchased the product in store, 3 weeks later still no refund, product still showing as shipped. No updates from customer service. What an absolute joke of a service. Thanks costco for leaving such a poor taste in my mouth. NEVER AGAIN!

Best store right next to Harbourtown. Make sure you check Costco first before buying something in Harbourtown next door. Costco has cheaper products with same quality. Ofcourse you need 60 dollars yearly membership. Also clean store and huge. Well maintained.

It’s clean place to shop and well organized. But it’s hard to get trollies. The membership system is a bit troublesome. But the free sample foods are good. They have a lot of products. From clothes to Computers to dog food, they have everything. The cashiers are helpful but not especially friendly. They work well. Also very pretty view of the city at the front.

I like everything about this place except the food court. It's unmanaged and untrained. You can wait 20 minutes for ready made hotdog, while the staff serving food in a way thats beyond thoughtless; it's purposefully inefficient and unpleasant.

Don't buy online because if they fail to deliver they treat you like a theif and even after you supply them with all the evidence to prove they short delivered. They still have taken over a week with out any suggestion of how long it may take to rectify and no communication.
Extremely poor and I have lost my confidence to shop online with Costco.

Products are great and the stores are big and have a great selection so my suggestion is shop in store and not online.
