Having recently utilised the services of George and his team, we found the process of developing a two lot subdivision far easier with the resources available to Costas Constructions than trying to manage it ourselves. Though the project in Ringwood North had it's challenges and delays, George and his excellent team of professionals completed construction in a very timely and pleasing manner. The outstanding admin team, construction management team and other range of professionals pulled together through tough conditions to deliver.

Not good first impression, still haven't heard back from anyone since Early April, left an online enquiry via website followed by a phone call on company landline (no answer and left mesage), I will source another company for my building project

Costas Constructions built our multi-level townhouse as part of a new development. As the purchaser, I was not able to pick the builder or have a chance to arrange inspection of their building work as the build progressed, being a turn-key solution from my developer.
We are now into our 2nd year of ownership and I can attest to what a fabulous builder Costas are and thought at the very least acknowledge my gratitude here as a small token of my appreciation.
On serveral occasions, we've had feedback from building tradespeople who have remarked the high-quality of build and the materials that have been used. Not to mention a very professional finish of the building, fittings and attention to detail.
The cherry on the cake for me was how amazingly responsive Costas were when we reported a roof leak (one of the worst nightmares for a new home owner) - they sent their warranty repairs team ASAP, acknowledged the problem, replaced the damaged areas, cleaned it up and fixed up the defect. What a sigh of relief for a first home owner!
If I do ever build a house, I know who my first choice of builder will be!

As a Property Manager with Costas Constructions their new builds are so easy to lease as their attention to detail on building is great. Even leasing out older builds i am amazed how new and up to date they look. Always a pleasure to deal with.

Everything is fine until you ask questions or something goes wrong.

We were charged incorrect invoices, and had to go through hell to get it resolve.
We didn't get the product selections we made and paid extra for but got given something inferior instead. Went back to him with proof and email trails, and he acted like it never happened.

Simply cannot be reasoned with; despite contract and documented evidence.
Saw VCAT case online with similar theme, evidence was made up to suppose his claim.
