Very happy with the service provided by Costanzo Lawyers! They are a lovely team who are willing to assist at all times.

I had an issue with local council, following the build of our new family home. We were fined $1000.00 for 'supposedly' littering on council property with rubble etc on the nature strip. We were given two weeks deadline to pay the fine otherwise the matter would be referred to court. Bearing in mind no official warning or opportunity to clear the rubble was offered to us in this instance. I contacted the team at Costanzo lawyers lead by principal Mr Frank Costanzo, on a Friday morning and their responsive nature enabled them to send out a letter that same day to the council in our defense. The work carried out by Costanzo Lawyers was attentive to our needs, prompt and professional and produced a positive outcome with the fine being withdrawn and a further 3 weeks to remove the rubble. Thank you Costanzo Lawyers! I have no hesitation in recomending Mr Frank Costanzo and the team at Costanzo Lawyers

I took my mother here to see Attilio Costanzo for her Will, after being referred by a friend. Attilio was very professional, patient and helpful with my elderly mother. I am most pleased that I engaged Costanzo Lawyers and would strongly recommend their services.

Two actions are important after customer compliant is raised, first is response in time, second taking immediate action to resolve the matter.

Thanks principal Frank for meeting me at your office and giving time to explain my issue as indicated below, Mr Frank acknowledged there is an issue and they will take my feedback in consideration to improve their process/service with future customers especially masters related to communications, additionally I was refunded the fees that were supposed not to be charged.

"Don't use them as conveyancer, you will end up paying more than what they tell you when you sign with them, after settlement I fount out that I was charged double of what they told me and nothing you can do as the bank already did the deductions, those additional charges:
1-150AUD for ID verification while it is just 30AUD at Aus Post
2-150AUD for photocopies while everything is electronically done
3-220AUD to fill ATO online forms that I suppose to fill
4-150AUD settlement fee while it is done electronically.
5-Land tax was deducted from my account because they authorized that and I am owner occupier.

I ended up paying close 2000 AUD only for their proffecional fees while it is around 1000AUD with any other conveyancer in Victoria.

Lesson learned, never use conveyancer that knows the vendor or agent or close to area where are you buying, they will put all hidden cost on you. "

Worst lawyers. If I could give them negative stars I would. Over promising and under delivering. Guys do your self a favour and stay away from them. Do not waste your money with them there are far better solicitor out there. The way they handled our case we would have been better of to run the case ourself and might have had a better result.
