Really easy process. Dad instructed us he wanted the least fuss and expense possible. Cost Less were easy to deal with, exellent communication and made the process seamless and efficient. We can now spend more money on celebrating his life with family and friends which is what he wanted.

As per what everyone else is saying here I found Cost Less Cremations very professional to deal with. After my Mum's death I was absolutely lost as to what to do. My church Pastor referred me to Cost Less Cremations. Their staff arrived within only hours to carefully transport my Mum's body to where she would need to go to be cremated. Cost Less reported to Births, Deaths & Marriages for us and the death certificate arrived quicker than I expected. I had a few follow up queries (via email) and they always answered promptly and professionally. My only criticism was the urn I received wasn't great so I bought another one on Etsy. Having said that maybe I could have bought an urn from Cost Less - I didn't ask. They just gave me their default one.

This was a great company to deal with when my Dad passed away suddenly. We are from the country and knew nothing about funerals. Knowing Dad wanted a cremation and no fuss and having a very tight budget Cost Less Cremations were reliable, professional and compassionate. I would totally recommend them.

Excellent service. While the website was a little difficult to negotiate while I work in IT. (and yes, the hint is in the name, cost less!) and I had to call and ask questions: Cost-Less were brilliant (particularly Debbie who I dealt with), in helping me fill it in appropriately.
Delivery was seamless and customer service great. Price is really competitive if that is your thing - and the box remains arrive in is tasteful if anyone is wondering.
