Not happy with my experience at all! If I could give no stars I would!

Feeling very deflated and upset with how the process has been handled afterwards as well.

Left my lips bumpy, injected filler only into the middle of my lips & when injecting dental block actually hit a nerve and left a big dark bruise on the inside of my mouth near my gums

Afterwards being told, that i may have to get it all dissolved and start again.

Completely not happy and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Very nice stuff, informative and knowledgeable. Will definitely use their service again. Very friendly, caring, made me feel comfortable.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The nurse I had was lovely, went through everything with me first and gave me the heads up about the after care.
I’m so happy with my results, I’m a-few days in and I know they’ll go down from swelling but I’m still so psyched.
I went to the Werribee clinic, although it is small and abit hard to locate - it is located within the chiro place! ️️

This was my first time at the Werribee office. Excellent experience, the nurse was lovely. She took her time and really walked me through step by step what she was doing.
I would recommend this to my friends.
Can’t wait for my next appointment.

The worst experience of my life. Honestly if I could give -5 star I willll.
So I booked for lip fillers with the receptionist, gathered all the information from her and asked if they provide numbing cream because I wouldn't do without it.
She said yes definitely I can leave a note for the doctor and we will definitely provide the cream free of cost. I was like sweet then
So I rang on the day of appointment to confirm about the numbing cream and stuff, rang 4 times, no response (I was like ok fair enough) let's just go in. Went in with the nurse. She gave me different pricing from what the receptionist gave, I was confused as. Then I asked so we are going ahead with the numbing cream, she goes I saw the note about the cream but no we don't have it here, it's just with the dental protection. I said I confirmed it because it's painful otherwise. She goes yeah it is painful and that's how we do. If you want cream, you can bring yours and we can use it before. I said umm well then can I go buy one now? She goes no I can't do today im booked out, you'll have to book again after a week because we are booked out.

Like what the hell? I came all the way from melton to werribee for nothing? The worstttttttttttt experience. I am so annoyed, never ever going back to these unorganised people

Amazing experience, this is the first place I've been too that don't use numbing cream but use a nerve blocker injectable anaesthetic to numb the area for fillers. Highly recommend
